Product Information

The product is the PROLED FLEX STRIP OPAL 360 / 360 2G, designed for indoor use only. It is a flexible LED strip that provides 360-degree illumination. The product has a protection class of IP54, ensuring resistance to dust and water splashes.

Safety Instructions:

1. Ensure that the packaging is disposed of in a safe environment.
2. We recommend hiring a qualified electrician for the installation.
3. Avoid looking directly at the lighted lamp to prevent eye damage.
4. Be sure to have a qualified electrician complete the installation to comply with European safety directives.

Pre installation:

1. Switch off the electricity at the mains and remove the appropriate circuit fuse before installation or lamp change.
2. Connect the flex strip to the 24 VDC power supply output (secondary side).
3. Connect the power supply connector (primary side) to the mains (220-240VAC).
4. If using a dimmer, place it between the power supply and the flex strip.

Installation Possibilities:

1. For single line installation:
   • Fix the bracket to the wall or ceiling.
   • Place the Tube at the desired position.
   • Turn the bracket and clip it in.
2. For multiple line installation, beginning to end:
   • Understand the mechanics of the bracket.
   • Connect the beginning with the end.
   • Place the connection into the connector.
   • Turn the connection to stabilize and clip it in.
3. Refer to the connection diagram for further instructions.

It is important to note that strain such as pressing or twisting the flex strip is not allowed. The minimum bending diameter should not be stretched.

Energy Efficiency and Light Source:
The product contains a light source with different efficiency classes, listed according to the item codes. The light source can be replaced with commonly available tools for testing purposes. The product complies with directive (EU) 2019/2020 and (EU) 2019/2015.

Attention: Installation and commissioning should only be performed by qualified persons, following national installation regulations. Luminaires must be disconnected from the mains before any work is carried out.

Be sure to have a qualified electrician complete installation. The customer is not entitled to claim for any lights installed without observing European safety directives. The manufacturer is then discharged from liability when damage is caused by improper use or installation. For indoor use only. Protection class IP54.

Pre installation

Please follow the sequence of installation step by step. Non-observance can lead to damage of the flex strip.

1. Switch off the electricity at the mains before commencing installation or lamp change and (if a fuse box is installed) remove the appropriate circuit fuse to avoid accidental switching on of the mains supply.
2. Connect the flex strip to the power supply 24 VDC output (secondary side).
3. Connect connector (primary side) of power supply to mains (220-240VAC).
4. If a dimmer is used, than it must be placed between power supply and the flex strip.
