Mounting Hardware:

• Crossbar x1
• Mounting Screw x2
• Wire Connector x5
• Outlet Box Screw x2

Installation

1. Install Crystal Bar, Rod A to Ceiling Canopy:
2. Line Rods A to Location A on the ceiling canopy during assembly.
3. Remove Labels A from ceiling canopy and Rods after assembly.
4. Install Crystal Bar, Rod B to Ceiling Canopy:
5. Line Rods B to Location B on the ceiling canopy during assembly.
6. Remove Labels B from ceiling canopy and Rods after assembly.
7. Connect Fixture Wires to Driver:
   • Red wire from fixture identified with the label LED +
   • Red wire from Driver identified with the label LED +
   • Yellow wire from fixture identified with the label LED –
   • Yellow wire from Driver identified with the label LED –
8. Install Crossbar
9. Connect Supply Wires to Driver:
   • White wire from supply
   • Black (or red) wire from supply
   • White wire from Driver
   • Black wire from Driver
   • Ground wire from supply
   • Ground wire from fixture
   • Green ground screw
10. Install Fixture Body to Crossbar
    Your installation is now complete! Restore electricity and save this sheet for future reference.
