Press and hold the Multifunction button for 8 seconds to perform a Master
Reset. Upon completion, a voice prompt will be triggered, “Reset To Factory
Default”, and the sound bar will revert to its default state.
Master Reset is reserved for cases where users encounter issues while the
sound bar is in use or during situations such as: Bluetooth Pairing failure,
random LED display blinks, or to reset all data.
FIRMWARE UPDATE
To update the firmware of Creative Stage SE mini, visit
creative.com/support/StageSEmini.
If an update is available, locate the firmware file on the Support page to
download. A PC is required to perform this action. Once downloaded, copy the
file onto an external USB drive and plug it into the USB-C port on the back of
the sound bar.
