Recharging VIVO
When your speaker is running low on battery, using the included charging
cable, insert the USB-C end into the Charging Port of VIVO and the larger USB
end into a USB power source with an output of at least 2 amps (computer, USB
charger, etc.)
Charging other devices
Use the USB-C charging cable that came with the device you’d like to charge
and plug it into the back of VIVO in the USB charging port.
Press the Charge button to begin charging.
Wirelessly Charging your smartphone
VIVO features a wireless charging surface on top of the speaker. Simply place
your wireless charging capable smartphone on top.
Press the Charge button to begin charging.
Pairing VIVO
- Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds to power it on. You will hear a startup chime. The Indicator Light will begin flashing red and green. You are now in Pairing Mode. (Note: if no devices are paired within 5 minutes, VIVO will automatically turn off Turn VIVO back on to re-enter Pairing Mode.)
- Go to your phone/device Settings. Find your Bluetooth settings. (Note: if you are having trouble, please refer to your devices support manual.)
- You should see VIVO listed in the list of nearby Bluetooth devices. If you do not see VIVO, make sure that you are in Pairing Mode (Indicator Light will flash red and green on VIVO).
- Tap on the device named VIVO to pair by Bluetooth. Once paired, you will hear a sound indicating a successful pairing, and the Indicator Light will flash green.
- Go ahead and play your favorite tunes on VIVO!
- When you’re done enjoying your music, press the Power Button to pause/resume or hold for 3 seconds to turn VIVO off.
(Note: to pair VIVO with another device, you must first disconnect any devices currently paired by either .1) turning off the first device’s Bluetooth, 2) forgetting VIVO as a paired device, or 3) not having the paired device within range.)
Using the Speakerphone
While your speaker is playing music and you receive a phone call, you will hear the ring through VIVO. You can press the Answer button on VIVO to pick up the phone call. When you are done, press the same button again to hang up. You can also pick up and hang up phone calls using your smartphone.

Note: The prototype can be charged wirelessly if it is connected to the adapter, but it cannot be charged wirelessly if it is riot connected to the adapter or in the form of battery power. Handheld charging is riot allowed when wireless charging is used; The battery only provides Bluetooth function for the prototype.
