• For a safe standing position, the hoof care crush should be fixed on a concrete floor

Before using:

1. Front foot rests 2 are reversed for transport
   • Fit them on the opposite sides (use the 19 mm wrench)
   • They must show to the outside
2. Connect the hoof care crush 1 to 230 V power supply
3. To lower the front foot winches on both sides, press the button [↓]
4. To lower the belly strap 3 , press the button [↓]
5. Prepare the hook for rear foot treatment 4 (supplied loose)

Operating buttons

Capture of the animal

Headgate only for capturing hornless cattle!

• Wings of the headgate must be directed to the inside to enable the automatic function. The animal presses the doors with is shoulders and closes the gate in this way.
• If desired, adjust the neck width using bolts and levers.
  • Neck width from 10 to 28 cm in 5 steps
  • Operating of the headgate from left or right side
• After fixing the animal in the headgate, lower the backstop / push bar to additionally fix the animal.
• Press the button [↑] to move the belly strap 3 upwards, until the belt will touch the belly loosely
  
  

Hoof care treatment

Front feet:

• Place the strap around the foot, press button [↑] to move the foot upwards and place it on the foot rest 2 .
• Place the swivel arm in the correct position, turn the light on, connect your tools.
• After finishing: press the button [↓] and release the strap
  

Rear feet:

• Insert the rope between the straight and bent bar.
• Place the hook 4 above the ankle joint and attach it to the hook of the rope.
• Press the button [↑] and lift the hind leg – the leg slides automatically into th
  

Release of the animal

• Lower the belly strap 3 .
• Push the lever of the headgate upwards – Now the animal can open the doors on its own.
• If there are some problems for the animals to open the wings, use the lever on the side.
• After that, the headgate automatically goes back in the catch position.
  

Other applications

• All side doors can also be opened for vaccinations or other treatments.
• The central crossbar can be removed for better access to the animal.
