electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
Materials and components with hazardous content
LCDs may contain hazardous substances like PBS and BFRs which are covered by
exemptions under the RoHS directive. However, the majority is present in the
printed circuit boards assembly. In order to reduce emissions as much as
possible, a complete disposal of the old appliance is required. This treatment
may only be performed in authorized handling plants.

Product Disassembly

Remove the stand-base assay,
Press the button to remove the stand-base assay. -
Remove the rear cover
Remove the screws and pull apart bezel & rear cover.
Note: Be careful, the BEZEL. CL.IP is easy to break. Bellow picture for reference.
Use a tool (like picture using) to open all latches Note: The positions of the clips on the rear cover are as follow, There are some small gaps between CLIPS, It’s suggested to separate bezel and rear cover from the gaps. -
Remove the main frame from the panel
Remove the black rubberized fabric, aluminum foil and Mylar.
Note; When you assemble the L.CD, you must tidy the wire as follow picture, Remove the screws to remove the main frame and USB board. Remove the speakers. -
Remove the screws to separate the panel and the Middle Frame, Remove the panel
Note; Because the panel is easy tu be broken. when we remove the panel, we should hold the iron on the panel edge by using two hands at the same time, and should avoid touching the panel surface. -
Separated middle frame and DECO_BEZEL. and Use disassembly tool to remove the LENS_LIGHT _SENSOR. Then release the screws to remove the LED light sensor board.

Release screws to remove key board from middle frame. And remove Audio board from DECO BEZEL

Remove screws to remove the main board and power board from the main frame. Remove all cables from main board and power board.
