Connections Guidelines

a. HEADSET Connect with Phone/PC without Dongle

1. In off status, long press MFB 5-7 seconds to enter pairing mode with LED Blue & Red flash alternately. Next time please press MFB 3s and make sure the device’s Bluetooth function is on.
2. Search and click to connect ‘BT-68’ on your phone/PC/laptop Bluetooth lists, LED change to Blue slow flash once after connected, now you can play music from phone to headphone.
3. Click PC/MAC sound icon(Bottom right side of Windows/Top right side of MAC), choose ‘BT-68 Stereo’ when only listen to music.’BT-68 Hands-free AG Audio’ when online meetings or using mic & speakers.
4. You can press MFB /Volume+/ Volume-/ Microphone Mute Button on the Bluetooth headset to control the answer/hang up a call and play/pause of the music, next and previous song, volume up and down, microphone mute.

Q/A

Q: Not ABLE TO USE THE HEADSET ON PC?
A: You can switch different mode of the headset on PC setting of the AUDIO, click the bottom right side speaker icon, you can find 2 choices of the BT-68 headset normally after connected.
If you can not HEAR others on the online meeting, please choose ‘BT-68 Hands- free AG Audio’.
If you need to only listen to music or videos without using MIC, please choose ‘BT-68 Stereo’.
If you connected to the Bluetooth DONGLE, please choose ‘BT-68 Dongle’.

HOW TO GET IN PC BLUETOOTH LIST

WINDOWS: When the headset is flashing red & blue light. GO TO SETTINGS>DEVICES>Add Bluetooth or other Devices>Bluetooth

USB DONGLE PAIR WITH HEADSET
(Compatible with Computer whether or not has bluetooth function)

1. Plug the USB dongle into your PC/MAC/laptop USB-A port.
2. The dongle will enter the RESEARCHING MODE for 10 SECS (DONGLE Blue light flash)
3. Long press the MFB for 3 SECS to turn on the BT-68 headset, enter the RESEARCHING MODE of the headset (HEADSET Blue/Red light flash).
4. Wait for 3-5 secs. Normally they would pair automatically.
5. The adapter and the headset will both flashing only Blue light, meaning pairing successfully.
6. Click PC sound icon(on the bottom right side of Windows/Top right side of MAC), choose ‘BT-68 Dongle:
7. You can press MFB / Volume+ I Volume-/ microphone Mute Button on the Bluetooth headset to control the answer/hang up a call and play/pause of the music, next and previous song, volume up and down, microphone mute.

If the headset and the dongle is not paired successfully, Please check below

1. After the (DONGLE Blue light flash) over 10 secs.
2. The dongle will enter PAIRING MODE.(DONGLE Blue/Red light flash)
3. Long Press Headset MFB For 5 SECS, HEADSET enter PAIRING MODE (HEADSET Blue/Red light flash),
4. Wait for 3-5 secs. Normally they would pair automatically.
5. Click PC sound icon(Bottom right side of Windows/Top right side of MAC), choose ‘BT-68 Dongle’.

I can’t hear music/sound from the headset?

Please check if the headset is connected with your phone/PC and Bluetooth function of your phone/PC is on. Please check if the headset and phone/PC are within 10 meters, far away from each other will cause the music is not play or sound.

I can’t hear the other party voice when I make a call, what should I do?

Please make sure that you are within 10 meters from your phone/PC, far away will cause the other party voice is not clear.

Why there is noise when I make a call?

Please turn off other electronic devices which may interfere with the headset.

Why there is no sound when I play music from my PC to my headset?

Please check if your PC is set to Stereo or Mono, you can choose Stereo in Control Panel-Hardware and Sound-Sound.

Why there is no sound when I play music from my Phone to my headset?

Please check if your Phone has Bluetooth function, if it doesn’t have please pair it with Bluetooth dongle then play music.

How to pair with another device after pairing with one device?

Long press MFB 5-7 seconds to enter pairing mode with LED Blue & Red flash alternately, search and click ‘BT-68’ on new device’s Bluetooth list, LED change to Blue slow flash once after connected. You can use multi function button control next and previous song, volume up and down, microphone mute on multi function button of the headset.

It takes about 2 hours to charge full battery by USB cable. If you want to charge by PC USB port, please use high power USB HUB or PC USB port directly.

How long does it take for fully charged battery to run out?

The battery will last about 6 hours for talking time and about 8 hours for listening time depending on different usage conditions such as volume level and audio content.
