FCC Statements

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Notice (U.S. Only) WARNING: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B
digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

You may not find your product’s SDOC document online as it was not required at the time the product was manufactured. However, it does not change the fact that the product has been tested to comply with FCC standards, as indicated by the FCC logo on the product or on the rating label.

EU REACH SVHC Disclosure on Candidate List

REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals, EC 1907/2006) is the European Union’s (EU) chemical substances regulatory framework. REACH requires BenQ Corporation to provide customers with sufficient information on Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) contained in products in concentration above 0.1% weight by weight (w/w) to allow safe use of the product.

This product is compliant to implemented RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) type regulations worldwide.

UKCA Declaration of Conformity

The object of the declaration described above is in conformity with the relevant UK harmonisation legislation:
