FCC Statements

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Notice (U.S. Only) WARNING: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B
digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. You may not find your product’s SDOC document online as it was not required at the time the product was manufactured. However, it does not change the fact that the product has been tested to comply with FCC standards, as indicated by the FCC logo on the product or on the rating label.

EU REACH SVHC Disclosure on Candidate List

REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals, EC 1907/2006) is the European Union’s (EU) chemical substances regulatory framework. REACH requires BenQ Corporation to provide customers with sufficient information on Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) contained in products in concentration above 0.1% weight by weight (w/w) to allow safe use of the product.

UKCA Declaration of Conformity

The object of the declaration described above is in conformity with the relevant UK harmonisation legislation:
