Care and Maintenance

Wipe the external surface of the massage gun with a soft, damp cloth and allow to dry thoroughly. Do not use any harsh or abrasive detergents or cleaning agents to clean any part of the massage gun.

Instructions for Use
Using the Premium Massage Gun

STEP 1: Push the required massage head into the front of the massage gun. STEP 2: Turn the power switch to the ‘ON’ position.
STEP 3: To turn the massage gun on, press on the LED touch screen.
STEP   4: To increase the speed of the massage gun, press on the LED touch screen.
STEP 5: To decrease the speed of the massage gun, press on the LED touch screen. Long term use of the massage gun can cause the massage gun to overheat. If this occurs, stop using immediately and allow the massage gun to fully cool before using again.

Charging the Premium Massage Gun

STEP 1 : Make sure the power switch is in the ‘OFF’ position at the base of the massage gun.
STEP 2: Insert the Type-C end of the charging cable into the charging port located at the base of the massage gun.
STEP 3: Insert the USB end of the charging cable into a suitable USB port to commence charging.

NOTE: The massage gun will take 3-5 hours to charge depending on the current charge. One full charge will provide 3-4 hours of use dependent on the speed settings used for the massage gun.

Storage

Check that the massage gun is cool, clean and dry before storing in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting

The massage gun will not turn on.
The massage gun is not charged. Follow the instructions in the section entitled ‘Charging the Premium Massage Gun’

The massage gun will not charge.

The Type-C charging cable hasn’t been fully inserted.
Follow the instructions in the section entitled ‘Charging the Premium Massage Gun’. The massage gun is not compatible with the selected adaptor.
Check that the adaptor is compatible and ensure it has a power supply of 5 V === 2 A. The massage gun has overheated.
Wait until the massage gun has fully cooled before attempting to charge it.

The massage gun is not pulsing.

The massage gun has low battery.
Follow the instructions in the section entitled ‘Charging the Premium Massage Gun”. Too much pressure is being applied with the massage gun.
Reduce the amount of pressure being applied.
