Installing (initial setup)
Use the [room camera]
Step 1
Connect to a [room camera] Step 2
Connect to a corporate network Step 3
Plug in an InstaShow ButtonYour PC will automatically switch the Wi-Fi connection to the
VS20 receiver
Step 4
Run the InstaShow VS Assist AppClick the InstaShow Camera Preview to check if the
[room camera] is being used
Step 1
Connect to a [room camera] Step 2
Connect to a corporate network*All devices must be connected to the same
LAN
Step 3
Run the InstaShow VS Assist App Step 4
Select the VS20 Host Receiver
Installing
Use the [room camera] in a [VC meeting]
Step 1
Open your [VC APP] Step 2
Set the camera to InstaShow CameraYou are now using the [room camera]
Audio Setting in [VC APP]
There are 2 options to set up your microphone:
InstaShow button microphone:
App Free
A standalone mic to replace the computer’s built-in mic.
InstaShow Audio:
App Required

InstaShow Camera Preview
Click the button to check if the correct camera is being used
InstaShow Display Sharing
Click the button to capture what the presenter is casting on the local
screen
Present via your Button
You are logged in to [VC APP] Step 1
Use Win + P keyboard shortcut to extend your screen to external displays and
projectors Step 2
Click “InstaShow Display Sharing” in VS Assist App Step 3
Share InstaShow Display in [VC APP] for remote attendees
You are not logged in to [VC APP] Press the InstaShow Button to cast your screen
