FEATURES
- The product stop leak is intended for the circuits of automobile air-conditioning
- For circuit up to 1.5 Kg of refrigerant gas
- This product does not contain gas R134a according to the regulation CE 842/2006 nor of propellant gas
- The vehicle must be equipped with a low-pressure connection
- Net content: 30mL
- The product is active in the liquid state of colorless / pale yellow color
- This product is intended for a professional use
- Not to be used in the hermetically sealed systems
- To use goggles and protective gloves
USE
- Recover the gas from the A/C system (before using the leak stop, it is better to change the filter to exclude the presence of moisture).
- Connect the A/C station and vacuum for 8 minutes.
- Check the vacuum value obtained with a manometer.
- Turn off the vacuum pump and check that the value is maintained for at least 5 minutes.
- If it is not possible to maintain the vacuum after 5 minutes, the leak is too big and the leakage stop will not be effective.
- If this parameter is met, after the vacuum procedure is completed, disconnect the LP (low pressure) quick coupling from the A/C system and connect the leakage stop with the B quick coupling to the A/C system on the low pressure coupling
- Holding the Leakage Arrester bottle upside down, press button A until liquid is sucked out of the system (about 8/10 seconds). Disconnect the leakage stop.
- Recharge the A/C system with gas and oil according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Button A
- Start the car for at least 20 minutes to allow the product to work and seal the leak
