Product Usage Instructions
Adjustable Kickstand
To adjust the kickstand, follow these steps:
- Press and hold the kickstand for 3 seconds to turn it on.
- To turn off the kickstand, press and hold it for 3 seconds.
Wired Charging
To charge your device via the USB-C port, follow these steps:
- Plug the USB-C cable into the USB-C output port of the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the cable to your device for charging.
Status Light Guide
The status lights on the power bank indicate different information:
- Wireless output: Indicates the wireless charging status.
- USB-C output: Indicates the charging status when using the USB-C port.
- USB-C input: Indicates the charging status when charging the power bank via the USB-C input port.
- Error detected: Lights up when an error is detected during charging.
Important Reminders
- The power bank only supports magnetic attachment with a caseless iPhone with MagSafe, an official MagSafe case, an ESR HaloLockTM case, or a standard case with a HaloLockTM Universal Ring. It may not attach to other magnetic cases. It will not attach to any other non-magnetic phones or cases.
- While the power bank is being charged, it can still wirelessly charge your phone. The maximum output of the power bank is 15W for wireless charging. The USB-C port has a maximum input of 15W and a maximum output of 12W.
- The power bank does not support simultaneous wireless and wired charging. If a device is plugged in and a phone is magnetically attached, the power bank defaults to wireless charging. The device that is plugged in will not be charged.
