Step 1: Preparation

Before connecting the TNC-DP connector, ensure that you have the necessary tools and materials:

  • TNC-A4000 flat cable (100 m)
  • TNC-70381 flat cable distributor
  • TNC-70413 end seals (10 pieces)
  • TNC-70113 heat shrink caps (10 pieces)
  • TNC-70067 cable clips for flat cables (100 pieces)

Step 2: Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble the TNC-DP connector:

  1. Insert the TNC-A4000 flat cable into the TNC-DP connector.
  2. Make sure the cable is securely inserted and locked in place.
  3. Use the TNC-70381 flat cable distributor to distribute the cable if needed.
  4. Apply the TNC-70413 end seals to ensure proper insulation.
  5. If required, use the TNC-70113 heat shrink caps to further secure the connection.
  6. Use the TNC-70067 cable clips to organize and secure the flat cables.
