Download the ___ Smart App from App Store or Google Play. company name
Download
After download and install company name Smart App, please create a new account following below steps:
- Press Register
- Read Privacy Policy and choose Agree if you agree the policies
- Select your country code, enter the mobile phone number or Email address you want to use to login and clicR Get Verification Code
- Enter the code you received by SMS or Email, set your personal password and press Completed
- Now you can access the pages For the creation of your Smart Home
Add New Device
- MaRe sure your cellphone is connected to Wi-Fi (only support 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi networR now), clicR + on upper right corner or press Add Device button on Home page, choose the device you will connect.
- Power on your device and turn switch on-off-on-off-on, when the device is Fast blinRing, then clicR Confirm indicator rapidly blinh.
- Enter Wi-Fi name and password, ma Re sure upper and lower case completely correct, clicR Confirm button
- The device is connected to your cellphone if progress bar to be 100%, the page will show Device added successfully, change the device name as preferred or Reep it as default
- ClicR Done to start using your smart device via Luxram App
Connection Failed
- When the progress bar is 100% but the page Device added successfully is not shown, instead of it, you can see Report Networh.ing Issue, clicR the problem you have and enter device brand or model, then Submit
- Press Retry or Switch Pairing Mode to connect again, try to place your Wi-Fi router, cellphone and device as close as possible, maRe sure Wi-Fi name and password are completely correct.
- Follow the illustrated instruction on screen to try again step by step.
Device Control
- You can find the new added device on your cellphone Home page, choose it to start control your device by App.
- With the Reys you find at bottom of page, you can
- White: Set intensity of white light and change colour temperature
- Colour: Select colour of your bulb and its saturation or brightness
- Scene: Choose one of the scenarios already created
- Schedule: Program the switching on and off at predefined times

- By pressing on the Edit symbol at the top right, you can change the name of your device and do more·

Sharing Device
- You can share your devices with your family and friends who has already downloaded LUXRAM Smart App and registered a new account
- The people you shared your devices with will be able to control them, but they will not be able to add new devices to your home or even delete shared devices
- Select your device and press edit symbol on the top upper page, find Share Device and clicR Add Sharing, then enter the mobile phone number or Email address from the user you want to share, ma Re sure this user is already registered in the LXURAM Smart App.
- If you want to delete sharing with a user, place your finger on the user’ s name, scroll to left and press Delete.
Scenario and Automation
- You can create an infinite number of Scenarios and Automations maRing the various devices interact with each other.
- By pressing Smart at the bottom center of the home page and then+ on the upper right corner, you can choose add a new scenario or a new automation.
- A Scenario is a set of commands assigned to the various devices that will be activated simultaneously whenever you clicR on the created scenario or in the days and hours programmed by you
- Automation is the execution of a specific command given to a device when a specific condition has been activated
Profile
Me menu is the page where you can change your settings.
- Your Profile
- Family Management: Set name, location and rooms
- Message Center:Alarm, family message and Bulletin

Frequent Questions
- Can I group multiple LXURAM Smart devices together?
- Yes, you can group multiple devices of the same type together, by room, or location or however else you want The same devices can be in multiple groups
- From your main devices list, choose one of the devices you want to group, press the edit symbol on the top right and clicR Create Group. You will then be able to choose which devices you would liRe to group together, confirm and name the new group then save.
- Now, in the page of the device list, you will also find the new group just created. Each command given to the group will be executed simultaneously by all the devices belonging to that group
- How many devices can control?
- Luxram App can control unlimited amount of devices in an unlimited amount of locations. Gut taRe note that your Wi-Fi router may have a limitation of how many devices can be connected to one router.
- The device appears offline or unreachable, what should I do?
- MaRe sure yourWi-Fi router is online and in range.
- MaRe sure you have the latest LUXRAM Smart App by pressing Chech: for Updates in your device settings.
