This product combines the diffuser and humidifier functions by using waves that spread effectively a fragrant steam for the whole room.

  Important To avoid damaging the device, first connect the power cable to the diffuser and then to the power source.

How to use the device

1. Place the device vertically on a flat surface and remove the cover. (fig.1)
2. Plug the adapter to the power input located at the back of the diffuser base. (fig. 2)
3. Pour water and essential oil inside the diffuser container without exceeding the maximum limit of 240 ml. Do not use very hot or boiling water. It is advisable to add from 2 to 3 essential oil drops for every 100 ml of water. (fig. 3)
4. Reinstall the cover. Never use the diffuser without it. (fig. 4)
5. Connect the AC/DC ADAPTER to the power outlet.
6. Press the St button on the diffuser once to turn on the mist in high intensity (the flame-LED light turns on by default). Press again to change to low intensity and press again to turn off the diffuser.
7. Press the button to turn on/off and change the color of the LED light.
8. Long press the button to enable sound effects. Press again to hear the next sound. Press the button to adjust volume. Press it again to select the volume leveldesired, long press thee r to disable the sound effect. ect.
9. It is advisable to drain the water from the container and keep it dry while not in use.
10. The mist and light functions will automatically turn off when there’s not enough water in the container. Even when pressing In , it will not turn on.

Maintenance

1. After 5 or 6 uses, or 3 to 5 days, clean the device as indicated:
2. Unplug from the power source before performing any maintenance or cleaning activity and remove the cover.
3. Remove any water left from the container.
4. Add a small amount of soft detergent and water, then clean with a cotton swab.
5. Clean periodically with a damp cloth without using chemicals or abrasives.
6. To avoid the water filtering in the air outlet, drain it in the correct position according to the image below to the left.
7. Do not use any acids or detergents with cleaning enzymes as this might cause poisonous emissions or break the device.
   Note: Make sure to use a smooth detergent.

Usage considerations

• Product performance: up to 12 hours with mist in high level and up to 15 hours with mist in low level.
• The mist level and intensity might vary, which cannot be considered a failure. The water type, humidity, temperature, and air flows are factors that may influence the mist intensity.
• The device turns off automatically when the water exhausts.
• Use only 100% natural essences because chemical residues can damage the product. It is advisable to use purified or distilled water to operate the product.
• Before changing the essential oil for a different one, clean the product following the maintenance instructions.
• In case the product is hit or falls during its use, do the following to avoid a malfunction:
  1. Unplug the unit and remove the cover.
  2. Remove any remaining water.
  3. Gently shake the unit to drain it and let it dry in natural air for 24 hours before using it again.

Safety warnings

• To avoid damaging the unit, consider the following:
• The maximum water capacity is 240 ml, however, it is advisable to use 200 ml.
• If you have any questions about the device, please contact our technical support department.
• Do not plug in the electrical current if the container is empty.
• Do not touch the atomization piece.
• Do not attempt to change, dismantle or repair the unit.
• Clean the device on a regular basis following the maintenance instructions.
• For hygiene reasons, drain the water of the container when you won’t use it anymore and dean it with a dry cloth.
• The essential oil might be corrosive, remove it with a soft cloth if a spill occurs on any surface.
• Do not let the mist be directly emitted on furniture, clothing, walls, air conditioning or heat sources.
• Place the diffuser on a flat and stable surface, do not use it on rugs and carpets.
• Never move the product when in use.
• Do not touch the product with wet hands and never soak it on water.
• It is not intended to be used outdoors, do not expose it directly to sunlight. Unplug the diffuser when leaving home or going to bed Use a glass or cup with the right amount of water to fill the container, do not fill it directly from the tap.
• Keep away from audio and television electronic devices, gas installations, electric heaters, fireplaces, etc.
• Wait 60 minutes before resetting in order to avoid damages in the atomization.
• Do not use carbonated or mineral water, or other liquids that might be corrosive to fill the container.
• If you notice the cord is emitting smoke, immediately unplug the product.

Troubleshooting

Before getting started

Make sure your smartphone has OS 11.0 or higher or Android 5.0 or higher. Check your network and make sure you are connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi Fi channel.
Download the Lloyds Smart app from the App Store or on Google Play or scan the following OR code with your smartphone.

Registration and access

Launch the Lloyds Smart app, to continue, click “Agree.” Click on “Sign Up” (1), choose your country and enter an email address, then click “Get Verification Code” (2). Enter the code sent to your email (check inbox or spam) (3), set a password, and click “Done” (4). Or log in directly if you already have an account.

Add device

Start the Lloyds Smart app, and select “+” in the upper right corner (1). Choose the type of device you want to add. In this case, go to ‘Comfort” (2), then click on “Aroma diffuser” (3).

Enter your Wi Fi network information and password, then click ‘Next’ (4).

Make sure the LED light of the diffuser is flashing rapidly. To verify this, follow these steps:
Step 1 Connect the device to the power supply.

Step 3 Confirm on the device and in the app that the indicator light flashes rapidly (twice per second) (5), then click “Next’ (6).

Once the device is configured, you can change the name (7). Finally, click on “Done” (8). Note:
Make sure that the Wi Fi password that you enter is correct and that the device is close to the modem during the process.
After completing the setup, find and select the device in the list (9) to control it through the app from wherever you are. Only an internet connection is required.

How to configure with Sin Shortcuts

Lloyd’s Smart products are compatible with Siri Shortcuts through routines created from the app. For configuration details, scan the following OR code with your smartphone:

Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa

How to connect to Google Assistant:

1. Download and open the Google Home app, previously configured with your Gmail account and your Google Assistant-enabled device.
2. Click on the “+” icon, choose “Set up Device,” then in the “Works with Google” section, click on the search bar and type in Lloyds Smart. When you get the icon, click on it. Enter your Uoyds Smart account and click on “Link now”. Then press on “Authorize” and wait a few seconds.
3. Once you have linked Uoyds Smart, the devices added to your account will be displayed, click on “X” (top left corner) and return to the main screen. Now you can control your Lloyd’s Smart devices using just your voice with Google.

Note: You can rename the devices from the Uoyds Smart app to control them with voice commands. Every time you rename the devices, say: “Hey Google, sync devices” or update from the Google Home app.
Try saying “Hey Google” followed by one of the following commands:
“Hey Google, turn on diffuser” “Hey Google, turn off diffuser”
“Google, Android, Google Play and Google Home are trademarks of Google LLC.”

How to connect to Amazon Alexa

Download and access the ‘Amazon Alexa” app, previously configured with your email account and your virtual assistant. Click on the option ‘Skills & gamest then in the search bar type Lloyds Smart. When you get the icon, click on it. Then press the ‘Activate to use” button. Enter your Uoyds Smart account, click on “Link Now’ and finally “Authorize’. You will get the message ‘Linked successfully’, click on ‘Close” and wait a few seconds. Click ‘Detect devices’ to find the smart devices. Now you can ask your assistant to control them by voice commands.
Note: You can rename the devices from the Lloyds Smart app to control them with voice commands. Every time you rename the devices, say: “Alex.% sync devices” or update from the Amazon Alexa app.

“Alexa, turn off diffuser”
