SAFETY WARNINGS AND GUIDELINES
Please read this entire manual before using this device, paying extra attention to these safety warnings and quidelines. Please keep this manual n safe place for future reference.
- Do not expose this device to water or moisture of any kind.
- Do not use this device while operating a motor vehicle, heavy equipment, walking intraffic, o any other situation in which situational awareness is a key to safety.
- This device contains a Lithium-ion battery. Dispose of this device only in accordance with local, state, or federal requlations for electronic waste.
- Charge the battery before first use and at least once every three months to keep the battery fresh and capable of holding the full charge.
- Do not allow the battery to fully discharge, as doing 50 can damage it and reduce its maximum capacity.
- Clean using a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or detergents. For stubbor deposits, moisten the cloth with warm water.
- This device has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to open, service, or modify this device.
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing these BT-300ANC Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) Bluetooth® Headphones. These headphones have been designed to provide you with great audio quality, while blocking out ambient noises, such as engines and wind. The BT-300ANC can be used in multiple modes: Bluetooth with ANC active, Bluetooth without ANC, 3 wired ‘connection with ANC active, or a full passive wired connection without ANC to conserve battery life.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
BATTERY CHARGING
Charge the battery before first use and at least once every three months to keep the. battery fresh and capable of holding a ful cherge. Do not allow the battery to fully discharge, as doing so can damage it and rediuce its maximum capacity.
To charge the battery in the headphones, irst ensure that the headphones are powered off. Next, plug one end of the included USB-C Charging Cable into the Charging Port on the headphones, then plug the other end into a USB power source, such as a computer or USB wall charger. The LED Indicator (Bluetooth) wil iluminate red, indicating that charging s taking place. When charging is complete, the indicator will turn biue.
Note that f the headphones are powered on and the ANC Switch i in the ON position, the LED indlcator (ANG) will luminate green.
When the battery level s low, 2 Battery Low prompt can be heard n the headphones. The prompt will repeat every 5 minutes.
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
Perform the following steps to pair the headphones with your Bluetooth® device.
- With the headphones powered off, press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFE) for 3 seconds to power them on. The LED Indicator (Bluetooth) wil altermately flash red and blue,indicating that the headphones are in Bluetooth pairing mode. Ifinstead of atemately flashing red and blue, the LED Indicator (Bluetooth) fashes blue every 3 seconds, the headphones are already paired with anather device. Tur the headphanes off by pressing and holding the Mult-Function Button (MFE) for 5 seconds.Turn off o disable Bluetooth on the other device, then power the headphones on again.
- Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and scan for nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Locate and select the MP33834 entry. If prompted for a passcode, enter 0000 (four zeroes) The LED Indicator (Bluetooth) willstop flashing red and blue and wilinstead flash blue every 3 seconds, indicating itis paired and connected with your device.
OPERATION
Power
- Press and hold the Mult-Function Button (MFE) for 3 seconds to power the headphones ON.
- Press and hold the Mult-Function Button (MFB) for 5 seconds to power the headphones OFF.
Audio Playback
If the headphones are paired with a Bluetooth® enabled device with support for the A2DP and AVRCP profies, you can control the device using the controls on the headphones. Use: the following headphone buttons to perform the indicated functions on your paired device.
- With audio playback stopped or paused, momentarily press the Multi-Function Button (MFB) to start o resume playback.
- While audio is playing, momentarily press the Multi-Function Button (MFE) to pause playback Momentarily press the Volume#/Next Track button to increase the volume level.
- When the maximum volume level i reached, the headphones will emit a beeping sound,
- Momentarily press the Volume-/Prev Track buitton to decrease the volume level When the minimum volume level i reached, the headphones will emit a beeping sound.
- Press and hold the Volume+/Next Track button to skip ahead to the next track.
- Press and hold the Volume-/Prev Track button to skip back to the beginning of the current track. If already at the beginning of the track, it will skip back to the beginning of the previous track.
Phone Calls
If the headphones are paired with a Bluetooth® enabled phone with support for
the HFP. and HSP profiles, you can use the headphones to handle calls. Use the
following headphone buttons to perform the indicated functions on your paired
phone.
- Ifyou receive a call while using the headphones, audio playback willautomatically pause. Momentarily press the Mult-Function Button (MFE) to answer the call
- If you want to reject an incoming cal, press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) button for about 1second, until you hear the audio indication. Audio playback will automatically resume.
- While a callis in progress, momentaril press the Volumet/Next Track button to increase the volume level. When the maximum volume level is reached, the headphones will emit a beeping sound.
- While a callis in progress, momentarily press the Volume-/Prev Track button to decrease the volume level. When the minimurn volume level is reached, the headphones will emit a beeping sound.
- When you are finished with a call, momentarily press the Multi-Function Button (MFB) to terminate the call Audio playback wil automatically resume.
- If you wish to redial the fast number called, double press the Mult-Function Button (o)
Active Noise Cancelling (ANC)
- The headphones must be powered on for the Active Noise Canceling (ANC) feature tofunction.
- The Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) feature can be used with a both Bluetooth® and wired connections.
- To enable the Active Noise Canceling (ANC) feature, side the ANC Switch to the ON position. The LED Indicator (ANG) will iluminate.
- Tt off the Active Noise Cancelling (ANG) feature, side the ANC Switch o the OFF postion. The LED Indicator (ANG) willtur off,
TROUBLESHOOTING
Q. The headphones will not power on.
Al: Charge the batery.
Q2: The battery will not charge.
A2: Confirm that the US power source is active. Check the cable connections. Try replacing the USB-C cable with a known good one.
Q3: The headphones will not pair with the Bluetooth® device.
A3: Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Move the device closer to the. headphones during the pairing process. The headphones are already paired with another device.
Qa: The headphones will not maintain a connection with the paired Bluetooth
device.
Ad: Verify that both devices are powered ON. Ensure that Bluetooth s enabled on your device. Move the device closer to the headphones.
Qs: The connection range is very short and/or the sound i distorted or
garbled.
AS: Verify that there are no other devices using the 24GH frequency band. Ensure no obstructions block the signal
Q6: No sound is heard during audio playback.
A6: Confirm that both devices are powered ON, Verify that the audio source device is ‘equipped with the A2DP profile. Ensure that the volume levels on the audio source device and headphones are not set to the minimum. Verify that the audio source is not paused.
