LEDYi LY480-CSPW30 Flexible CSP LED Strip
Product Information
The LED Strip is a flexible CSP LED strip with a 8mm PCB and 480 LEDs per
meter. It operates on a DC24V voltage and has a power rating of 10W per meter.
The strip is available in IP20 and IP65CS waterproof ratings. The dimensions
of the strip are 5000x8x2mm, and it is equipped with a 5000mm red/black wire
measuring L=150mm and 18AWG. The chip type used is CSP, and there are 480
chips per meter. The step length between LEDs is 50mm. The strip has a beam
angle of 8 degrees and a CRI (Color Rendering Index) of over 90.
The product also provides photometric data, including CCT (Correlated Color
Temperature), Lumen output, efficacy (lm/w), R9 (CRI value for red), Rf
(Fidelity), and Rg (Gamut).
Product Usage Instructions
Connector Connection (IP20):
- Insert each end of the LED strip into the end of the connection terminal, ensuring that the metal clip is on the same side as the metal solder pad of the LED strip.
- After complete insertion, make sure both ends of the LED strip are tightly connected.
- Press the metal clip down with appropriate force using pliers to ensure that the metal clip is inserted into the appropriate position for a completed connection
Cable Connection (IP20):
- Insert one end of the LED strip and wire connector into both ends of the connection terminal, ensuring that the metal clip is on the same side as the metal solder pad of the LED strip.
- Meanwhile, make sure both ends are closely connected.
- Press the metal clip down with appropriate force using pliers to ensure that the metal clip is inserted into the appropriate position for a completed connection.

Precautions for Use:
- Avoid hitting the light-emitting area of the LED strip with hard objects to protect it.
- After unpacking, use the LED strip within 24 hours to prevent oxidation of solder joints.
- Avoid direct contact with high-temperature objects in the light-emitting area of the strip to prevent damage.
- The bend diameter at any position should be greater than 1cm to avoid damaging the strip.

Description

Connector Connection
(IP20)
- Insert each ends of led strips into the end of the connection terminal respectively, make sure the metal clip is on the same side as the metal solder pad of led strip.
- After complete the insert, also make sure both ends of led strip are tightly connected
- Press the metal clip down with the appropriate force using pliers to ensure that the metal clip is inserted into the appropriate position ,and connection completed.
Cable Connection
(IP20)

Precautions for use
- To protect the LED light strip, do not hit the light-emitting area with hard things.
- After unpacking, please use in 24H to avoid the oxidation effect of solder joints.
- Avoid direct contact with high temperature objects in the light-emitting area of the lamp, and the instantaneous contact temperature of the surface of the light-emitting area should be less than 210 °C.
- The soldering iron temperature should be less than 300° during soldering, and the soldering time of single solder should be controlled within 3s.
- It is strictly forbidden to twist the lamp with short distance. The single lamp strip (0.5 m) has a maximum twist angle of 720°.
- The bend diameter at any position needs to be greater than 1cm.
