Quick Start
This guide helps you get started with Air 1 GO.
1. Charge
Before pairing Air 1 Go to your Bluetooth enabled device, make sure the Air 1 Go charging case has been charged for a couple of minutes.
2. Pair the Earbuds
Take the earbuds out of the case and hold them close to each other. The LED- lights will blink rapidly. When paired, one of the LEDs will stop blinking, while the other continues.
**Air 1 Go is now ready to be connected to your Bluetooth device.
3. Activate Bluetooth
Go into your device settings and enable Bluetooth. You should find Air 1 Go in the list of devices.
Pro tip: When inserting the earbuds into your ears, make sure not to press the touch controls. If you accidentally press the touch controls for four (4) seconds, your earbuds will turn off.

CONNECT AND USE
1. Charge Air 1 Go for a least 15 minutes before use.
2. Remove the earbuds from the charge case. Keep them within 10 cm / 4 inches
apart from each other until the LED on the left earbud stops blinking.
3. Select “Air 1 Go” on your phone/device to pair.
When inserting the earbuds into your ears – make sure not to touch the touch control surface. A five second touch turns the earbud off.
RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS
Delete “Air 1 Go” from your Bluetooth devices list.
Make sure the charge case is charged. Put the earbuds in the charge case.
Touch and hold the touch sensors on both earbuds for 10 seconds until the
earphone LEDs blink 3 times.
The earbuds are now reset and ready to pair to your device.
Just follow the quickstart steps.
CALLS
When using the Air 1 Go for phone calls, both earbuds are active, but only the right (R) earbud has a microphone for speaking.
On Apple devices, while your Air 1 Go is paired; go into Settings > Accessibility > Touch, scroll down to Call Audio Routing and select Bluetooth Headset.
SIRI OR GOOGLE ASSISTANT
Control calls and music with Siri or Google Assistant.
On iPhone, go into Settings > Touch ID & Passcode, scroll down to Allow Access
when locked and enable Siri.

How to Reset
1. Prepare
If you have connected Air 1 Go to your phone or tablet before, go ahead and delete them now from the Bluetooth Settings. Also make sure the Air 1 Go charging case has been charged for a couple of minutes.
2. Perform Factory Reset
Place earbuds in the charging case. Press and hold both touch control areas for ten (10) seconds. Both LED-lights will flash three (3) times.
Air 1 Go is now reset.
3. Pair the Earbuds
Take the earbuds out of the case and hold them close to each other. The LED- lights will blink rapidly. When paired, one of the LEDs will stop blinking, while the other continues.
Air 1 Go is now ready to be connected to your bluetooth device.
Touch Commands
Locate the Touch Sensors
Air 1 Go features touch on the flat area on the outside of the headphones. Press this area gently with you fingers to control music, calls and more. For the full overview of touch commands, see the list below:

Pro tip: When inserting the earbuds into your ears, try not press against the touch area, as this can turn off the earbud.
Multiple devices
You can pair the Happy Plugs Air 1 products with up to eight different Bluetooth devices. The earphones stores and remembers these pairings. However, you can only be connected to one device at a time, e.g. play music from one Bluetooth device.
To change from one Bluetooth device to another, disconnect the current Bluetooth connection by switching off Bluetooth at the current device and connect to your second Bluetooth device by selecting the Happy Plugs Air 1 product entry in the Bluetooth menu.
When you remove your Happy Plugs Air 1 product from the charge case it will automatically connect to the last device you were connected to.

Air 1 Go True Wireless Headphones are compatible with any device equipped with Bluetooth – that includes Apple products, as well as Android based devices.
Air 1 Go supports Bluetooth 5.0 connection and below.
Don’t forget to activate Bluetooth on your device.
Macbook Connection.
For certain Macbook computers, you might experience Bluetooth connection issues or audio issues if you have multiple Bluetooth devices connected at the same time.
Try disconnecting some of the other Bluetooth connections on the computer for improved performance.
