Quick Start
This guide helps you get started with Air 1 Zen.
1. Charge
Before pairing Air 1 Zen to your bluetooth enabled device, make sure the Air 1 Zen charging case has been charged for a couple of minutes.
2. Pair the Earbuds
Open the charge case and keep the earbuds in place to enter pairing mode.
Air 1 Zen is now ready to be connected to your bluetooth device.
3. Activate Bluetooth
Go into your device settings and enable Bluetooth. You should find Air 1 Zen in the list of available devices.
Pro tip: If your device cannot find your Air 1 Zen headphones, try repeating the steps above. If still not working, you might need to perform a factory reset. Please refer toXXXX on how to reset.
How to Reset
1. Prepare
If you have connected Air 1 Zen to your phone or tablet before, go ahead and delete them now from the Bluetooth Settings. Also make sure the Air 1 Zen charging case has been charged for a couple of minutes.
2. Perform Factory Reset
Place the earbuds in the charging case. With the lid of the charge case open, press and hold the button on the bottom of the charge case for ten (10) seconds until all four (4) LEDs flash five (5) times.
**** Air 1 Zen is now reset.
3. Pair the Earbuds
Open the charge case and keep the earbuds in place to enter pairing mode.
**Air 1 Zen is now ready to be connected to your bluetooth device.
CONNECT AND USE
1. Charge your Air 1 ZEN for a least 3 minutes before use.
2. Open the charge case and keep the earbuds in place to enter pairing mode.
3. Select “Air 1 ZEN” on your phone/device to pair. Your earbuds are now
ready to use.
PAIR TO ADDITIONAL DEVICES
1. With the lid of the charge case open, press the button on the bottom of
the charge case for 5 seconds until the LEDs light up in a rolling motion.
2. Select “Air 1 ZEN” on your phone/device to pair. Your earbuds are now
ready to use.
When you remove your earbuds from the charge case they will automatically connect to the last device you were connected to.
CALLS
When using the Air 1 ZEN for phone calls, both earbuds are active.
If you wish to use only one earbud during a phone call, please put the other earbud into the charge case and close the lid.

Multiple devices
You can pair the Happy Plugs Air 1 products with up to eight different Bluetooth devices. The earphones stores and remembers these pairings. However, you can only be connected to one device at a time, e.g. play music from one Bluetooth device.
To change from one Bluetooth device to another, disconnect the current Bluetooth connection by switching off Bluetooth at the current device and connect to your second Bluetooth device by selecting the Happy Plugs Air 1 product entry in the Bluetooth menu.
When you remove your Happy Plugs Air 1 product from the charge case it will automatically connect to the last device you were connected to.
