CONNECT AND USE
- Charge your JOY PRO for at least 10 minutes before use.
- Open the charging case and leave the headphones in to enter pairing mode.
- Select “Happy Plugs Joy Pro” on your phone/device to pair.
Your headphones are now ready to use.
RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS
- Remove “Happy Plugs Joy Pro” from your list of Bluetooth devices.
- Make sure the charging case is charged. Put the headphones in the charging case.
- With the charging case lid open, press and hold button on the bottom of the charging case for 6 seconds until The LED blinks 4 times.
The headphones are now restored and ready to pair with your device.
Just follow the “Connect and use” steps.
NOISE CANCELLATION/TRANSPARENCY
Your headphones have three modes to cycle through.
Transparency Mode
Hear atmospheric sounds. Perfect for awareness of your surroundings.
ANC Mode (Active Noise Cancellation)
Reduce unwanted and disturbing sounds. Perfect for noisy environments.
Basic Mode
Turn off electronic noise reduction and rely on passive noise reduction.
Perfect for training.
