Product Information

The Aura Sleep Mask is a high-quality sleep mask that provides a comfortable and immersive sleep experience. It comes with additional features such as a Hug Cushion, a USB-C cable, and a user-friendly interface.

Hug Cushion:

To attach the Hug cushion, align the magnetic locations on the cushion and the Aura Sleep Mask. The Hug cushion can be removed for cleaning. Refer to the product care section for cleaning instructions.

Charging / Battery Status:

To charge the Aura Sleep Mask, insert the USB-C cable into the charging port and connect it to a power supply. The battery status can be checked using the Battery LED: flashing red indicates low battery, red indicates charging, and green indicates fully charged.

Download App:

To download the Aura app, scan the provided QR code. Set up your account with your email and create a new password.

Pairing:

To pair the Aura Sleep Mask with your device, press the Tap button for 2 seconds to power it on. The Bluetooth LED will flash continuously in Bluetooth pairing mode. Open the Aura App and follow the instructions. Use the Tap button for various functions like Play/Pause, Next (double tap), and Previous (triple tap).

Zen Mode:

To enter Zen mode, make sure the mask is powered on and press the Zen button. This will disable Bluetooth and the Blue LED will flash twice. Press the Tap button to play. To exit Zen mode, press the Zen button again, and the mask will return to Bluetooth connecting mode.

Glow:

The Glow light features various modes including Sunrise wake-up experience, Light rhythm for breathing exercises, and more. For additional content, refer to the Aura App.

Product Care:

Main body: Wipe clean with a damped cloth only. Do not apply solvent.
Hug cushion: Wash cold without bleach. Dry on a flat surface. Do not tumble dry or iron.

Please follow these compliance guidelines to ensure the proper operation of the device:

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver.
Connect the equipment to an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

Hug Cushion

Press Zen button to disable Bluetooth and enter into Zen mode (Blue LED will flash twice)
Press Tap to play
To exit, press Zen button again and back to
Bluetooth connecting mode

Product Care

Be aware of foreign metal pieces attracted to the magnetic area of the Aura mask
Disposal of Aura mask only to designated recycling facility locally

Do not put Hug cushion into the microwave
Do not stare at the Glow for a prolonged time
Do not use while operating a machine, a motor vehicle or riding a bicycle
High sound volume may damage your hearing. Aura mask is intended for sleep purposes, highly recommended to use in a quiet environment and start adjusting the volume at a minimum.

Warranty

This product is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase, except accessories, Hug cushion limited warranty of 3 months. During this period, any defect arising due to manufacturing, the unit will be replaced free of charge (where possible) In the case, the product is no longer available, an alternative product will be offered. Eligibility of warranty, purchase receipt and serial number to be provided. Do not return your product without prior authorization from Aura Circle Limited.
