Battery Charger
Product Information
The NPP-1700 series is a high reliable ultra-wide output range battery charger
and power supply 2-in-1. It has a rated wattage of 1700W and is suitable for
lead-acid (Pb) batteries. The product comes with multiple protections
including short circuit, overload, overvoltage, and over-temperature
protection. It also features a thermal controlled DC fan for noise reduction
and remote ON-OFF control. The NPP-1700 series complies with dual
certifications –
UL62368-1, BS EN/EN62368-1, IEC62368-1, TPTC004, BS EN/EN60335-1/2-29, and
IEC60335-1/2-29. It is a versatile product that can be used in various
applications such as radio system backup solution, electric scooter charger,
camping car, buses, heavy-duty trucks, specialty vehicles, surveillance
systems, industrial automation machinery, industrial control systems, and
mechanical and electrical equipment. The product comes with a 3-year warranty
and a carry handle accessory is available separately.
Product Usage Instructions
- Make sure the AC input side is connected to a power source within the voltage range of 90 ~ 264VAC and frequency range of 47 ~ 63Hz.
- Connect the DC output side to the battery or device you want to charge or power using the appropriate connectors.
- For Battery Charger mode (default), select the appropriate model based on the battery voltage (12V/24V/48V) and connect it accordingly.
- Adjust the output voltage and current using the built-in potentiometer within the specified adjustable ranges.
- If using the product in Power Supply mode, select the desired model and adjust the output voltage and current accordingly.
- Ensure that the product is placed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
- Monitor the charging or power supply process and ensure that the product operates within the specified temperature range of -30~+70 degrees Celsius.
- If any abnormal conditions occur such as short circuit, overload, overvoltage, or over-temperature, disconnect the product from the power source and check for any issues before reconnecting.
- In case of any issues or warranty claims, refer to the user manual for troubleshooting steps or contact customer support.

Description
NPP-1700 is a miniaturized dual-purpose charger and power supply. In addition to being used as a three-stage charger for lead-acid batteries, it can also be used as a constant voltage output power supply to drive general load. The operating mode can be quickly switched by plugging or unplugging a connector on the front panel. Other features include: ultra-wide voltage output, adjustable voltage via VR on the panel (10.5~21V, 21~42V, 42~80V), adjustable charging current (50~100%), built-in intelligent fan with variable speed based on temperature to reduce noise and extend fan lifetime, – 0~+70° C wide operating temperature, suitability for use in different environments, built-in remote ON/OFF control, compliance to IC/EN/UL62368-1 and household EN60335-1/-2-29 dual safety, multiple built-in protections, and 3-year warranty. The NPP-1700 is truly an intelligent, safe, and reliable universal dual-purpose charger and power supply with outstanding cost performance.
