FAQ
Q1: Why there is no video output?

Pls check the input and output device connection is right, the HDMI/
DP/ VGA cable is alright and the HDMI/ DP/ VGA cable connection is alright. -
Pls use standard HDMI/ DP/ VGA cable.
Q2. Why there is no audio output from HDMI/ DP port?
- Pls, make sure that there is an audio output function on the monitor.
- Pis set the external monitor as the default audio outout device.
Notes:
- The above video specifications as described are the maximum output specifications that can be reached when ONLY one of the video ports is working. The actual output specification depends on the GPU. Generally, the output specification of DP Alt Mode1.4 is higher than that of DP alt Mode1.2.
- With the Windows system, if a multi-video port for simultaneous use, its real display will be lower than the maximum display as described due to the limitation of video bandwidth.
- MacOS can ONLY extend one monitor, and other external monitors just mirror the first one owing to the limitation of MacOS itself.
