Tuning to your radio (receiver)
When using a radio with the transmitters older style radios (not digital tuning) are best with telescopic antennas. Many multiband type radios are also a good choice.
Car radios also work very well, particularly ones that tune in 5 KHz steps with good antennas that are not damaged and fully extended.
Tuning procedure is the same for all units, when tuning find a clear spot on the dial between radio stations, usually on the lower end of the FM scale (say 87/88). Or set the desired frequency on a scanner first off. Then tune the transmitters using preferably a plastic tipped screwdriver or tuning tool to adjust the frequency. This should be done with the transmitter at distance of about five meters from the radio.
All of our power boards have been designed to allow use of all sockets.
