MEMPHIS Wood Fire Grills App Reset Password

The App Reset Password feature allows users to reset their password for the Memphis Grills and Memphis 3 apps. By following the instructions below, users can regain access to their account and set a new password.
Product Usage Instructions
- Open either the Memphis Grills app or the Memphis 3 app.
- Type in your email address in the provided field.
- Click on the “Forgot Password” option.
- A message will appear, instructing you to check your email for further instructions on resetting your password.
- Check your email inbox, including the junk/spam folder, for an email containing the new password for your account.
- Open the Memphis app and log in using the new password provided in the email.
- Once logged into your account, navigate to the settings screen.
- Scroll down until you find the “Reset Password” option and click on it.
- Enter the current password (the reset password received in the email) and the new password you desire.
- Click on the “Submit” button to change your password to the new one.

- Within the “Memphis Grills” and “Memphis 3” apps, type in your email and press “Forgot Password”.
- A message will display saying to check your email for instructions to reset your password.
- You’ll receive an email providing the new password for your account and telling you to change your password in the settings window. Please check your junk/Spam folder if you do not receive this email within ten minutes.
- In the Memphis app, login using the new password.
- Once you’ve been logged into your account. Navigate to the settings screen.
- Scroll down and press “Reset Password”.
- Enter the current password (the reset password from the email in the previous step) and the new password you would like to have. Press submit and your password will be changed to the new one.
