Product Information

The Woods Connect is a WiFi-enabled smart home device that allows you to control and monitor various appliances via a mobile application. With this device, you can easily manage your home appliances remotely and create a comfortable environment.

Product Usage Instructions

Downloading the App

1. Search for Woods Connect in the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap on the “Download” button.
3. Wait for the app to finish downloading.
4. Tap “Open” to launch the app.

Registration Process

Choose one of the following registration methods:

• Register via Email:
  1. Fill in your email address.
  2. Read the user agreement and privacy policy.
  3. If you approve the agreements, check the box at the bottom.
  4. Tap “Get verification code”.
• Register via Mobile Number:
  1. Fill in your mobile number.
  2. Read the user agreement and privacy policy.
  3. If you approve the agreements, check the box at the bottom.
  4. Tap “Get verification code”.

Sign In

1. Tap on “Sign in with SMS verification code”.
2. Fill in your mobile number.
3. Read the user agreement and privacy policy.
4. If you approve the agreements, check the box at the bottom.
5. Tap “Get verification code”.

Forgot Password

1. Tap on “Forgot your password”.
2. Fill in your mobile number or email.
3. Read the user agreement and privacy policy.
4. If you approve the agreements, check the box at the bottom.
5. Tap “Get verification code”.

Add a Device

1. Under the Home menu, tap on “Add device”.
2. Choose the product you want to add and control via WiFi.

Resetting a Device

Note: The reset process may vary depending on the model. Always follow the on-screen instructions in the Woods Connect app for guidance.

1. Reset the device by holding down the “+” button for 5 seconds.
2. Sign in to your local WiFi:
3. Fill in your local WiFi name (SSID).
4. Fill in your local WiFi password (WiFi Key).

Letting the App Work

1. Allow the app to work.
2. After a while, your device will be connected to the app and your WiFi.

Starting Your Device

1. Tap the ON button to start the device.
2. You can now select fan modes, working mode, temperature, and more in the Settings.

Tip: You can control your device remotely even when you’re not near your local WiFi. For example, you can start your AC in the afternoon before leaving work, so that you arrive home to a cool environment.

Download the app

1. Search for ”Woods Connect” in App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap ”Download”.
3. Wait while downloading is underway. This may take a little while.
4. Tap ”Open” to launch the app.

Select registration process

Choose to register via mobile number

1. Fill in your mobile number
2. Read our user agreement and privacy policy.
3. If you approve the agreements, check the box at the bottom.
4. Tap ”Get verification code”.

Example via mobile number

Tap ”Verification code” under ”From message”.If you don’t receive the code automatically, it’s sometimes available in your messages.

1. Tap the red-marked ”Sign in with SMS verification code”.
2. Fill in your mobile number.
3. Read our user agreement and priva-cy policy.
4. If you approve the agreements, check the box at the bottom.
5. Tap ”Get verification code”.

Sign in

Tap ”Verification code” under ”From message”.

If you don’t receive the code automatically, it’s sometimes available in your messages.

1. Tap the red-marked ”Forgot your password”.
2. Fill in your mobile number / Email
3. Read our user agreement and priva-cy policy.
4. If you approve the agreements, check the box at the bottom.
5. Tap ”Get verification code”.

Tap ”Verification code” under ”From message”.If you don’t receive the code automatically, it’s sometimes available in your messages.

Add a device

Under the Home menu:

1. Tap the red-marked ”Add device”. Choose product.
2. Tap the product you want to add and control via WiFi.
   For example: Wood’s Cortina Silent 12K Smart Home

Reset device

1. Reset the device in this case by holding down the + button for 5 seconds. NOTE:
   How a device is reset can differ between models. Always follow the on-screen instructions in the Woods Connect app for guidance.

2. Fill in your local WiFi name. In some cases, this is the same as SSID.

3. Fill in your local WiFi password. In some cases, this is the same as WiFi Key.

Connect…

1. Let the app work.
2. After a while, your device will be connected to the app and your WiFi.Finished.The device is now available in the Woods Connect app under ”Home”.

Tap the button

1. Tap the ON button to start the device. Settings
2. You can now select fan modes, wor-king mode, temperature and more. Tip:
   You can naturally control your device when you’re not near your local WiFi. For ex-ample, you can start your AC in the afternoon even before you leave work for home. So that you arrive home to a cool environment.
