WARRANTY
Warranty: All manufacturer defects will be covered within one year once
the product is delivered.
The warranty covers the following cases of defect:
- Product shows defected as its arrival to the customer when an open box (not caused by shipping): missed or defected part(s), screw and hole are not matching each other, wrong part(s) from different product shipped together.
- Product shows defected as its arrival to the customer when an open box (caused by shipping): missed part(s) while packaging or shipping, wrong product or part(s) shipped, defect(s) caused by shipping.
The warranty does not cover the following cases of defect:
- The weight put or lay on the product exceeded the provided weight capacity
- The product was wrongly assembled by not following the provided instruction
- The defect(s) caused by Force Majeure while shipping or using the product
Care and clear guidance
Please clean the furniture with a soft cloth and a dilute soap solution Rinse it with water and let it dry thoroughly.
Caution
Do not use pressure cleaning machines or you will damage the structure of the
wood. Obstinate dirt can be removed by applying more pressure when cleaning
with a soft cloth. Afterward please polish the surface with a soft cotton
cloth. Then please treat the wood with a type of maintenance oil suitable for
Acacia wood. Make sure the oil’s color pigmentation matches the color of the
wood. For a more intensive treatment, you will need to oil the wood once or
twice. Let the furniture get dry for at least 48 hours before using it again.
