PRECAUTIONS

  • Avoid placing the clock near interference sources/metal frames such as computers or TV sets.
  • The outdoor sensor must not be set up and installed underwater. Set it up in a way from direct sunlight and Rain
  • Never clean the device using abrasive or corrosive materials or products. Abrasive cleaning agents may scratch plastic parts and corrode electronic circuits
  • Do not clean any part of the product with benzene, thinner, or other solvent chemicals. When necessary, clean it with a soft cloth.
  • Never immerse the product in water. This will damage the product.
  • Do not subject the product to extreme force, shock, or fluctuations in temperature or humidity.
  • Do not tamper with the internal components.
  • Do not mix new and old batteries or batteries of different types.
  • Do not mix alkaline, standard or rechargeable batteries with this product.
  • Remove the batteries if storing this product for a long period of time.
  • Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately for special treatment is necessary.

Set the TX Switch

The TX switch is located inside the battery compartment.It can be set to 1, 2 or 3.

Install or Replace Batteries

Recommends high-quality alkaline or lithium batteries for the best product performance. Heavy-duty or rechargeable batteries are not recommended. The sensor requires lithium batteries in low-temperature conditions. Cold temperatures can cause alkaline batteries to function improperly. Use lithium batteries in the sensor for temperatures below -4 ºF / -20 ºC.

  • Slide off the battery compartment cover. Take note of the 1-2-3 switch setting inside the battery compartment.
  • Insert 2 x AA batteries into the battery compartment, as shown. Follow the polarity (+/-) diagram in the battery compartment.
