Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Causes Solution
  •  Air hose cannot be pulled smoothly.
  •  Air hose does not retract automatically.

| Coil spring is loosened or damaged.|

  •  Have a qualified service technician replace the coil spring.

Tool runs slowly or will not operate.|

  •  Low air pressure.
  •  Air pressure drops.
  •  Air hose leaks.

|

  •  Adjust air regulator to the correct working pressure for tool.
  •  Make sure that the air connection hose is the proper size and length. Do not use a multiple number of hoses connected together with quick connect fittings, which will result in pressure drops and reduce tool power.
  •  Tighten and seal all NPT threads of hose fittings in your air line with thread sealant tape. Replace if the hose is damaged.
