Product Information
The product comes in four different models with the following item numbers: 1006 376 951, 1006 376 958, 1006 376 960, and 1006 376 789. The models are named H24WCAB, H24BC2DOOR, H24BC1DRW, and H30LOCKER respectively. The unit must be placed on a level surface or leveled with included hardware (when applicable). It should not be sat or stood on, and children should not climb, sit or stand on the assembled product. For safety reasons, it is imperative that this unit be mounted on the wall or floor, and it should not be used without installing the tip restraint. The unit can tip over causing severe injury or death. Never open more than one drawer at a time and do not exceed the recommended weight limits. Evenly distribute the weight on each level and always keep the heavier loads on the bottom. Before cutting, drilling, or hammering into any wall or floor surface, verify the location of electrical, plumbing, and gas lines. Cutting may cause serious injury.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the unit is placed on a level surface or leveled with included hardware (when applicable).
- Do not sit or stand on or allow children to climb, sit or stand on the assembled product.
- Mount the unit on the wall or floor using the included hardware and install the tip restraint before usage.
- Never open more than one drawer at a time and do not exceed the recommended weight limits.
- Evenly distribute the weight on each level and always keep the heavier loads on the bottom.
- Before cutting, drilling, or hammering into any wall or floor surface, verify the location of electrical, plumbing, and gas lines to avoid injury.
- Adjust the levelers (GG) and cover the holes with LL X 4 for each shelf support (FF).

NOTE: The workbench (Internet# TBD ) coordinates well with the above
units, replacing the work surface, to meet different storage requirements.
NOTE: The caster kit (Internet# 306907994) coordinates well with the base
cabinets for easy mobility.
ASSEMBLY
CAUTION: Please wear gloves during the whole assembly process.
INSTALLING THE ADJUSTABLE FEET OR LEVELERS
- For the base cabinet, attach the feet (HH) to the bottom using sixteen screws (AA) and tighten them securely. Make sure side A of the adjustable feet (HH) is facing either toward the back or the front of the cabinet.
- For the locker, attach four levelers (GG) directly to the bottom.
INSTALLING THE GROMMETS
- Use the short side of the hex wrench to pry out the knockouts of your desired cord access holes.
- Then install the grommets (KK) into those holes.
INSTALLING THE SHELVES
- Insert shelf brackets (FF) into the slots at the desired heights and place the shelves over the shelf brackets (FF).
INSTALLING THE CLOSET ROD
- Place the closet rod (P) as shown in your locker.
ADJUSTING THE DOOR {IF APPLICABLE)
- Screw the inner screw on the soft closed hinge (R2) to adjust the gap between the doors and shell. Ensure the door is always level.
- Screw the outer screw on the soft closed hinge (R2) to adjust the gap between the doors. Ensure the door is always level. The gap should always be about 4 mm.
DRAWER REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT {IF APPLICABLE)
DRAWER REMOVAL
Empty the drawer. Pull the drawer out so it’s almost fully extended. There are
two black release levers, one on each side of the drawer. Pull up the black
release lever on one side, while pushing down the black release lever on the
other side. While holding the levers in the positions as instructed above,
pull the drawer outward until it is released from the drawer slides (L 1 &
L2).
DRAWER REPLACEMENT
Extend the drawer slides (L 1 & L2) from the tool chest or cabinet. Insert the
brackets on each side of the drawer into the slots in the slides, being
careful that they are properly positioned. Once properly inserted, completely
close the drawer to set the slides in their proper positions.
CONNECTING TO THE WALL
CAUTION: The MS x 40 hex tapping bolts (BB) should be drilled into the stud of the wall.
- Bolt the safety bracket (II) with two screws (BB) to the stud in the wall. Fasten the locker by using the safety strap (JJ) to tie the locker and safety bracket (II) together.
- Use the notch to line up the mounting brackets (I) and hang the wall cabinets.
Maintenance
- Check all the screws and nuts periodically for tightness. Tighten them when necessary.
- Check the safety strap periodically for tightness. Tighten it when necessary.
Care and Cleaning
- Periodically clean the surfaces with a soft rag and water.
- Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning fluids. For safety, use a nonflammable cleaning fluid.
