- This product is not suitable for dimming.

Care Information
Allow 10 minutes to cool before replacing, adjusting or cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners as these could damage the finish. While stainless steel is very resistant to corrosion, maintenance is required to preserve its high- quality appearance. Wash the product with warm soapy water, removing all surface deposits. Rinse with clear water and wipe dry with a soft cloth. Surface corrosion may arise after installation. This is normally caused by tiny iron particles left behind after the brushing process when finishing. Wash and dry as detailed above, then wipe all over with a soft cloth soaked with a protective oil.
- In extreme environmental conditions such as marine locations, industrial pollution, or acid rain, these maintenance procedures should be carried out four times a year.
- For severe corrosion, non-abrasive cream cleaners or proprietary stainless steel cleaners should be used to remove the corrosion, then rinse and protect as detailed above.
- Do not clean the units with a pressure washer.
Assembly/ User Instructions
Before you start
Please read these instructions carefully before fitting and retain them for
reference. Check the packaging and make sure that you have all the required
parts. Follow each assembly step in order to prevent incorrect assembly.
Ensure that the product is fully assembled as illustrated before use. The
Light pack contains:
Light fitting
Terminal connection block(s). Fixing pack. The following tools may be required
Selection of cross and hat head screwdrivers Electric drill and assorted drill
bits. Wire strippers.
Electrical insulation tape
These assembly diagrams are intended as a guide – if in doubt consult a
qualified electrician. Plan the desired layout of this fitting carefully,
ensuring the cables will reach the distance between the junction box and the
light fitting. Avoid locating any cables in positions that would cause a
hazard. Position cables and outdoor rated junction boxes (not supplied away
from areas where they may be at risk of being cut, trapped, or damaged We
recommend that you use H05RN-F specification cable (not supplied) which is an
outdoor grade, rubber-sheathed cable. The main supply cable must have a
minimum cross-sectional area of 1.0mm cables muscle protected using durable

installation of a new product. Before removing the existing fitting, carefully
note the position of each set of wires.
- Usino base plate as a lemolate. mark my no holes onto the son mount surface. Drill holes to the necessary size and depth – taking care not to damage any concealed pipes or wiring below the mounting surface.
- We recommend fitting this product with fixings (A & B) which are suitable for use on most solid surfaces. however alternative fixings may be required.
- Having correctly identified the wiring from your existing light fitting, pull the wire through the hole and connect it to the connection block inside the product in the following way:
- Pull terminal block (D) from the inside of the tube.
- Unscrew the 4 screws which attach the black box to the spacing strip. Open the black box and pull out the terminal block, then wire as shown in the diagram.
- Check that you have correctly identified the supply wires. the connections are tight and no loose strands have been left out of the connection block.
- Push the terminal block back into the black box, and refit the terminal block cover.
- Push the terminal block up into the tube.
- Locate the product in position and fit the screws to secure it in
- Replace the fuse or circuit breaker and switch it on. Your light is now ready or use
