Product Usage Instructions
Safety Warning:

Description of the Appliance
- The electric salt and pepper mill is a 2 in 1 device designed for grinding salt and pepper.
- It features a removable power supply unit for easy charging.
Preparation for Use:
- Remove all packing material from the appliance.
- Remove any adhesion foils, stick-on labels, or papers from the appliance.
- Make sure the appliance is switched off before proceeding.
Charging the Battery:
- Plug the enclosed USB cable into a USB port.
- Connect the other side of the cable to a compatible AC power adaptor or uninterruptible power supply.
- Do not use the appliance while it is charging.
- The battery charging time is approximately 3-4 hours. Do not exceed this time.
- During charging, the A3 light indicator will turn red. When the battery is fully charged, the A3 light indicator will turn blue.
Filling the Grinder:
- Refer to Fig. 2 in the user manual.
- Remove the A4 trays from the grinder.
- Fill the trays with salt and pepper.
- Securely lock all components in place by following the reverse procedure.
Grinding Fineness:
- Adjust the grinding fineness according to your preference.
Maintenance:
- Wipe the surface of the appliance with a soft damp cloth.
- Do not use coarse or aggressive detergents or solvents.
- For large maintenance or internal repairs, contact an expert service provider.
- Non-observance of the manufacturer’s instructions may void the warranty.

Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our product. Keep these instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.

The product is intended for home use and similar (in shops, offices and similar workplaces, in hotels, motels and other residential environments, in facilities providing accommodation with breakfast). It is not intended for commercial use!

Children and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities can operate the appliance only under supervision.

Children must be kept away from the appliance and its adapter.

The appliance has no charging source of its own, it is only designed for charging via USB (an adapter with USB output with output voltage of 5.0 V, and output current of at least 1000 mA). Before making any connection, please pay attention to instructions of the manufacturer of the respective power source.

Always unplug the appliance from charger if you leave it unattended and cleaning.

To power the appliance, only apply safe small voltage in accordance with the type plate.

Never use the appliance if the adapter is damaged, if the appliance does not operate properly, fell on the ground and suffered any damage, or fell into water. In such case bring the appliance to the specialised service centre to verify the appliance safety and proper operation.

Never immerse the appliance into water. Don´t wash it in flowing water!

The mains adapter supplied with the appliance is only designated for thisappliance.

Never immerse the adapter into water or other liquids (not even partly) and do not wash it in running water!

The appliance gets hot when charging, which is absolutely normal.

Charge the battery at a temperature close to the room temperature.

Never charge the appliance in direct sunlight or close to heat sources, and if the temperature is below 10 °C or above 40 °C, adversely affects the accumulator service life.

Prevent hanging the power adapter cord loosely over desktop edge where children may reach it.

The power cord of the adapter must not be damaged with sharp or hot objects or open fire, and must not be immersed into water or bent over sharp edges.

WARNING : In the case of incorrect use of the appliance that contradicts the operating instructions, there is a risk of injury.

The manufacturer is neither liable for damage caused by improper use of the appliance nor for damage caused by failure to observe the safety precautions by operation of the warranty.
WARNING
- To power the appliance, only use a source of safe low voltage of 5V which complies with applicable standards (mobile phone chargers with a micro USB connector with double insulation are suitable).
- Do not use USB ports on other devices (e.g. computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, etc.) to power the appliance. Such devices may not be dimensioned for the current consumption of the appliance and it could damage them.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE

PREPARATION FOR USE
Remove all packing material, take out the appliance. Remove all possible
adhesion foils, stick-on labels or paper from the appliance.
Charging
Fully charge an appliance before the first using or in case you haven´t used
an appliance for a long time. A full chargé of the battery will provide
approx. 50 minutes of operation, which will ensure tens to hundreds of normal
cycles of use. The operation time shortens naturally according to the age of
an appliance and frequency of its usage.
- Make sure that an appliance is switched off.
- Plug an enclosed USB cable into a USB port and connect the other side of the cable to the energy source; e.g. compatible AC power adaptor or uninterruptible power supply. It is not possible to use an appliance while charging.
- Battery charging time is about 3-4 hours. Do not exceed the battery charging time!
When charging, the A3 light indicator lights up red. As soon as the battery is
charged, the A3 light indicator lights up blue.
Optimize the battery lifetime
- Do not keep a USB cable pluged into an appliance.
- An appliance heats up while charging or using, this occurence is normal and it is not a reason to make a complaint.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
FILLING THE GRINDER
As in the Fig. 2, remove the A4 trays and then fill them with salt and pepper.
Use the reverse procedure to put the grinder together. All components must be
adequately locked in place.
ADJUSTMENT OF GRINDING FINENESS
- Turn knob A2 clockwise to increase grinding fineness.
- Turn knob A2 counter clockwise to reduce grinding fineness.
Notes
- This description of the grinding coarseness setting always applies to the side of the grinder that is facing downwards.
- There are a total of 5 degrees of grinding coarseness (applies to both sides – big dot = coarse grinding, small dot = fine grinding).
SWITCHING ON/OFF
- Press and hold A1 to switch on the grinder.
- Release A1 to switch off the grinder.
Notes
- The grinder can recognize, based on gravity, how it is turned and always starts the drive only on the side that is facing down.
- Before using the grinder always first remove the corresponding A5 cover.
MAINTENANCE
Wipe the surface of the appliance with soft damp cloth. Do not use coarse or
aggressive detergents (e.g. sharp things, thinners or other solvents)!
Expert service must do the large maintenance or to intervene into inside parts
of the appliance! Non-observance of the instructions of the manufacturer
cancels the right for guarantee repair!
ENVIRONMENT
If dimensions permit, all pieces have printed symbols of materials used for production of packing, components and accessories as well as recycling symbols. The symbols on the product or documentation means the electric or electronic parts used in the appliance may not be disposed off together with communal waste. Hand over the electric or electronic part to a waste collection yard for free disposal. Proper disposal of the product will help preserving valuable natural resources and preventing potential negative impacts on environment and human health that would otherwise result from improper waste disposal. For more details, please contact your local authorities or collection yard. Fines may be imposed for improper disposal of this type of waste pursuant to national directives.
