Product Usage Instructions

Safety Precautions:

  • Do not use the product in an oven.
  • Do not place the product directly on the grill.

USE

  • Remove the grey cover of the handle and insert the probe holder with the inscription “UP” upwards. Replace screw cover. Install the batteries and press to turn on the thermometer.
  • Select the scale (° C / ° F) in the battery compartment button.
  • To turn off press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
  • To select the fl esh press the “SELECT” button until you reach the symbol of the meat to cook.
  • Nail the teeth of the fork into the thickest part of the piece.
  • The instrument displays the temperature and if it is equal to or greater than the value recorded the cooking indicator fl ashes and the alarm is activated. To stop, press “SELECT”. Press the button again to stop the indi-cator light.
  • To change the points of cooking to taste, choose the type of meat. Press the ° C / ° F button for 3 seconds and shows the type of cooking. Press “SELECT” until the desired temperature is displayed and press the ° C / ° F button to confi rm.

Selecting the Meat:

Press the SELECT button until you reach the symbol of the meat you want to cook.

Measuring the Temperature:

  • Insert the teeth of the fork into the thickest part of the meat.
  • The instrument will display the temperature.

Cooking Indicator:

If the displayed temperature is equal to or greater than the desired value, the cooking indicator will flash, and the alarm will be activated.

Stopping the Process:

To stop the cooking process, press the SELECT button.

Turning off the Indicator Light:

Press the button again to stop the indicator light.

Maintenance

  • Clean the probe after each use.
  • Replace the batteries when the battery symbol flashes.
