KSP is having following activities for various industries.

Fabrication shop of 5500 Sq. feet covered area. The workshop is exclusively used for manufacturing of Stainless steel equipment. The fabrication shop is well equipped with material handling facilities like Plate bending machines, Press brake, Nibbling machines, Hydrauli press, Plate rolling machines, Shearing machines, cranes, Jib cranes, portable grinders of different variety and welding machines.

KSP is having a good machine shop which consists of CNC machine, milling machine, turning machine, grinding machine, drilling and other general purpose machine. This shop is being used for production of specialty equipment and also SS fittings, valves etc for specialty application.

KSP is executing projects on turnkey basis including designing, manufacturing, and installations and commissioning of processing plant in various fields as mentioned above. The project engineering group is having latest design package and having enough people for undertaking the job from concept to execution. This group is having separate sections for designing, execution, instrumentation and process automation etc.

Our QC department has stringent laid down procedures for inspection of all material from raw material stage to finished good stage and proper documentation. Equipped with all QC equipment and can perform the radiography, ultrasonic testing by 3rd party and Dye Penetration testing.

VIBRO SHIFTER

Application & Process :

Compact Sieving & Grading Process Technic

Vibro Sifter is used for screening, sieving, grading for solid-liquid separation, process to separate the desired elements and the undesired elements from the combination of solid to solid (where two solids are generally having different properties) and solid to liquid material. It used in various industries such as Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, Cosmetics, plastics, paints, plastic, minerals, rubber compounds, metal powders, detergents, pesticides and fertilizers, dyestuff and pigments

Vibro sifter consists of a screen placed on the base plate attached centrally to gyratory motor. The material fed through the inlet located on the top is dropped on the screen. The particles smaller than the mesh size passes from the screen and the larger sized particles are released through an outlet. The combination of vibratory motor and the weights placed on top and bottom of screen gives the desired filtration or separation of the material. Total assembly is mounted on suitable springs so that it becomes an independent body which vibrates without parting any vibrations to the foundations.

Ointment Manufacturing Plants are ideal tools for the pharmaceutical & cosmetic industries for the production of Ointment, Cream, Lotions, Tooth Paste & other emulsions & homogenization. It is specially designed to take care of two critical factors which directly affect the quality of Ointment / Creams. Ointment Manufacturing Plant is a high tech machinery used to fill different types of ointments in containers. It is most suitable for the filling of liquids, semi-liquids and pastes. It is used to transfer ointment / cream from the storage vessel to the filling machine hopper.

FLUID BED TIPPER

Fluid Bed Tripper is most useful to lift the IPC to transfer the material from IPC to other containers or in the hopper of any equipment. With this equipment’s help, dust-free and very speedy material transfer are possible; the equipment with one jaw having clamping hooks to clamp the IPC.The hydraulic system helps lift the complete assembly with IPC. With the help of the hooks, first, clamp the IPC with the jaw of the Lifter. Lift the whole assembly with IPC at a desirable height. Finally, we can adjust the height as per the requirement to transfer the material to the IPC.

IPC CONTAINERS

IPC containers are used to handle, store, transport, and mix pharmaceutical powders and granules before, between, and after various processes. We design and manufacture to be conducted through their trolley and offer the advantage of leaving the trolley on the floor when the container is raised to be positioned onto process machines like tablet presses, sachet filling machines, etc. The IPC containers, IPC bin, IPC Bin loader is used for transferring the material dust-free and without human touch in pharmaceutical industries for Load powder into RMG bowl, Load powder into the hopper of tablet press, Load tablet into the hopper of blister pack & Coating Machine and online sifting and milling:
