Product Usage Instructions
Measurement and Preparation
Measure the centre of the cap on the wheel up to the center of the fender
well lip and record front and rear shock measurements for comparison.
Lift and Wheel Removal
Lift the vehicle and remove the front wheels.
Shock Absorber Installation
Install the corresponding shock absorber accessories based on the required
lifting height. Use the small spacer for 0-2 inches of lift and the black
powder-coated shock bracket for 2-3 inches of lift.
Torsion Key Installation
Locate the cross-member in the middle of the chassis. Remove the adjusting
bolt with a one-inch socket to release the tension on the factory key.
Factory Key Removal
Use a torsion key unloading tool over the cross-member, adjust the tool,
and rotate it to unload the factory key from the block. Remove the factory key
carefully.
New Torsion Key Installation
Install the new forged torsion key in place of the factory key, ensuring
proper orientation. Rest the key on the adjuster block and secure it by
tightening the adjuster bolt.
Final Steps
Make height adjustments during alignment. Tighten the adjuster bolt to sit
nearly flush with the bottom of the cross-member. Reattach the wheels and
lower the vehicle to check weight support.
Verification and Completion
Check all hardware for correct torque settings and recheck all work before
completion.

Measure the center of the cap on the wheel up to the center of the fender well lip then record the front and rear shock measurements for comparison.

Lift the vehicle and remove the front wheels.

According to the required lifting height, install corresponding shock absorber accessories.
Use the small spacer for 0-2″ of lift
To gain access to the upper shock Hardware, push the inner fender liner inward and begin removing the twofactory 21mm shock stud nuts.
Picture shows spacers being installed onto upper studs.
Reposition shock and tighten with factory hardware.
Use the black powder coated shock bracket for 2-3″ of lift
Remove the bolts at the bottom of the shock absorber and install the new bracket. -
Now install the new torsion key. Go to the middle of the chassis and find the cross-member. Using an one inch socket to remove the adjusting bolt.

Using a torsion key unloading tool and fitting the tool over the cross-member evenly. You could adjust the center of the tool before unloading the factory key.

Using a 21mm socket rotate the tool bowl upward against the factory key just enough to unload the key from the block.

It does not take much pressure on the key to remove the adjuster block from the cross-member (support).

Unload the factory key by backing off the tool bolt until the key is free of tension.

Once the key is free, unbolt one side of the tool bolts to remove the tool block and access the key to remove the factory key.

Slide the torsion bar forward until the bar still exists while the factory key is allowed to drop out.

Install the new forged torsion key in the original position of the factory key while sliding the torsion bar into the opening of the key.
Note : the orientation of the torsion bar key in relation to the end of the torsion bar. -
Since our torsion key unloading tool is still installed and positioned correctly, you could put pressure enough so the factory adjuster block can be installed into the cross-member again.

Unload the pressure from the key by backing off the tool bowl. The key should rest on the adjuster block just like the factory can.

After everything is checked out, remove the tool from the cross-member and then install the factory adjuster bolt into the block.
The precise height adjustments will be made during the alignment. For now, you just need to tighten up the adjuster bolt just enough so it sits nearly flush with the bottom of the cross-member. -
Reattach the wheel.

Lower the vehicle to the ground to where the torsion bars are supporting the weight of the vehicle.
In the end, check all hardware is mounted at correct torque settings. Recheck all work.
