Product Usage Instructions
1. Vehicle Preparation:
Raise the front of the vehicle and securely support it on jack stands or a lift.
2. Wheel Removal:
Remove the wheels to gain access to the hub and suspension components.
3. Suspension Disassembly:
- Disconnect sway bar links and upper ball joint nut.
- Disconnect the strut from the lower control arm.
- Remove the three upper strut mount nuts and remove the strut from the vehicle.
- Disconnect the upper ball joint from the steering knuckle.
4. Spacer Installation:
Install the strut spacer on top of the strut with the included hardware.
5. Reassembly and Final Steps:
- Reinstall the strut assembly in reverse order of disassembly.
- Install sway bar drop spacers.
- Remount the wheels.
- Lower the truck back down and ensure nothing is binding.
- Double-check all fittings before operating the vehicle.

Installation
Actual thickness ≠ Real lift height Professional installation and alignment recommended!
- Raise the front of the vehicle and securely support it on jack stands or lift.
- Remove the wheels to gain access to the hub and suspension components.
- Disconnect sway bar links and upper ball joint nut.
- Remove the wheel speed sensor wiring bracket from the back of the steering knuckle.
- Remove the wheel speed sensor from the hub.
- Leaving the brake line connected, remove the brake caliper and securely support it out of the way.
- Disconnect the upper ball joint from the steering knuckle
- Disconnect the strut from the lower control arm
- Remove the three upper strut mount nuts and remove the strut from the vehicle.
- Install the strut spacer on to the top of the strut with the included hardware.
- Reinstall the strut assembly in reverse of disassembly. It may be necessary to use a pry bar to aid in the re-installation of the strut assembly, and a pit jack to raise the lower control arm.
- Verify that all hardware has been tightened to the proper torque specs.
- Install sway bar drop spacers ( those flat black plates with a hole in each end) by loosening the sway bar mount to the frame and installing the flat 1/4”spacer between the mount and the frame
- Remount the wheels.
- Lower truck back down to the ground and ensure that nothing is binding. Please remember to double check all fittings before operating the vehicle
