Product Information
The EX39 Mini Handheld FTTx Fusion Splicer (FLT) is a lightweight and compact fusion splicer designed for efficient and versatile use. It is suitable for various applications such as replacing electrodes, welding, and heating. The splicer features a durable ceramic fiber pressure head and a mirror design that ensures a uniform light path. It comes with a special 3-in-1 fiber holder that can accommodate jump fiber, flat fiber, pigtail fiber, and bare fiber. The splicer supports fast-splicing in 8 seconds and fast-heating in 18 seconds. It also has a working platform design for aerial work and high- altitude operation adaptability. The product has a rich expansibility and supports the installation of a fiber optic cleaver operating platform for cleaving and splicing work in one step.

Installation instructions
Installation instructions of fiber optic operating platform
- Step 1: Fasten the fixing base to the back of the splicer with screws
- Step 2: Insert the support frame into the socket of the base, adjust it to a proper height, and tighten the screws
- Step 3: Place the cooling tray on the support frame, and make its hole position coincide with the point position on the support plate
- Step 4: Place the fiber cleaver on the operating table, adjust the depth of the screw to make the rubber pad and the cleaver completely fit
