Please read this manual carefully before using the product and keep it in a safe place.
WARNING: Use of control, adjustments or procedures other than those
specified in this documentation may result in exposure to shock, electrical
hazards and/or mechanical hazards.
Warning: Excessive use may damage the eyesight.
- Keep the monitor away from water sources or damp places, such as bath rooms, kitchens, basements and swimming pools.
- Make sure the monitor is placed on a flat surface. If the monitor falls down, it may cause human injury or device damage.
- Store and use the monitor in a cool, dry and well ventilated place, and keep it away from emission and heat sources.
- Do not cover or block the vent hole in the rear casing, and do not use the product on a bed, sofa, blanket or similar objects.
- The range of the supply voltage of the monitor is printed on the label on the rear casing. If it is impossible to determine the supply voltage, please consult the distributor or local power company.
- If the monitor will not be used for a long period, please cut off the power supply to avoid electric shock in rainy days and damage due to abnormal supply voltage.
- Please use a reliable grounded socket. Do not overload the socket, or it may cause fire or electric shock.
- Do not put foreign matters into the monitor, or it may cause short circuits resulting fire or electric shock.
- Do not disassemble or repair this product by self to avoid electric shock. If faults occur, please contact the after-sales service directly.
- Do not pull or twist the power cable forcedly.
- Please use a reliable grounded socket. Do not overload the socket, or it may cause fire or electric shock.
- Please take a 10-minute break after 30 minutes of use. Children under 2 years old should not look at the screen, and over 2 years old should not look at the screen for more than 1 hour a day.

Packing list
- Please check that the package of the monitor contains all parts. If any part is lost, please contact the distributor.
- The color and shape of parts may vary with models. Figures in this User Manual are for reference only.
Installation
Installation procedure
- Open the package to take out foams and put them on a flat tabletop. Remove the upper foam cover and set it aside.
- Insert the folding stand into the rear housing of the monitor, and tighten the screws with a screwdriver. Note: Please do not untie the straps in advance to avoid injury.
- Insert the boss on the top of the base into the bottom of the stand in the direction shown in the figure, and tighten the thumb screw to lock up the folding stand and its base.
- Take out the monitor from the foam and place it on the desktop. Then, untie the strap and adjust to a proper position.
Note: When adjusting the position of the monitor, hold both sides of the
monitor with both hands.
Do not directly press the LCD screen with your hands to prevent screen
breakage.
Stylus pen placement
Take out the stylus pen in the accessory box, and directly magnet it to both
sides of the monitor.
Camera installation
Put the camera into the slot, tighten the screws with a screwdriver, and place
the camera rubber into the hole.
X-ray clip installation
As shown in the first step is to place the clip backside position to hook the
metal frame, and then gently press down the X-ray clip to connect with metal
frame completely. When use X-ray film insert into clip that can be clamped
automatically.
SDM board installation (optional)
- Take off the screws and SDM baffle, please keep it well.
- Align both sides of SDM board with the guide groove and push into the bottom. Then lock the SDM board by two screws.
- Assemble two pieces of SDM wifi antenna.
Note: SDM is additionally configured as required. (shipped separately)
Before installing the SDM board, please ensure that the monitor is powered
off.

Barcode reader description
The barcode recognition function is built-in at the right-bottom side. When
barcode is placed in the corresponding position shown in the figure, the
auxiliary light will automatically turn on to identify the barcode.
In the Menu key (quickly menu OSD), you can select the bundled channel
(Android/Windows/Type-C/HDMI).
Camera description
- Before using the camera, you can placed the blank cover to the right space; Hold the screw knob on the right side to fine tune the camera lens angle; Hold the camera shell to rotate the entire camera.
- Press the side switch button to turn off the camera. (electrical switch)
- To avoid the falling dust, and achieve the best privacy prevention, please reset the bank cover to proper position. (physical cover)

Cabling

HDMI in
Use the HDMI cable to connect the display HDMI in port to the HDMI out port of desktop computers /Notebook. -
HDMI out
Use the HDMI cable to connect the product’s HDMI out port to the monitor’s HDMI in port. -
Touch (USB-B )
Before enabling the Touch/camera/MIC, you need to use the USB A-B cable to connect with desktop computers / notebooks, etc. -
Type-C
Type-C cable can be used to connect to external terminal devices, such as mobile phone/desktop computers / notebooks, etc. -
Service(USB 2.0)
USB A interface is a data transmission interface connecting with various application devices, such as USB flash disk/mouse/keyboard, etc.* This interface will automatically switch and accompany with the screen signal. -
USB 3.0
USB A interface is a data transmission interface, connecting with various application devices, such as USB flash disk/mouse/keyboard, and can also be used for system upgrading.* This interface is only functionable for Android system. -
Line out
Plug in headphones to receive audio signals from the monitor, such as headphones or external power speakers. -
LAN in
Use the network cable to connect with the router and other network signal output devices. -
DC in
Please connect the power adapter plug to the corresponding power port of the monitor, and then connect the power cable to a properly grounded power outlet.* Prevent the electrical Nosie to affect the touch performance, please ensure the power socket is indeed grounded.

- Wallpaper setting: Transparent or white color background
- Pen style setting: change pen tip size and color (default: red)
- Shape objects style setting: rectangle/circle/arrow
- Eraser: erase the annotation/draw and shapes
- Mosaic setting: three kinds of style
- All-clean button: remove all the annotation/draw and shapes
- Screen snip button: for screenshot and area snip
- Back button: return to the previous step
- Close button: close the annotation function, and the content will be keep

Note:
- The function “ON” the button will become the red color for notice.
- When 1st initial the system will notice for activate.
- When function work, the video image will shown on the Top-right side.
