Please check BEFORE installation distance between VESA mounting holes on
your display!
This screen mount supports VESA hole distance in the minimum and maximum
distance ranges given above.
VESA – Hole distance = Distances between the mounting holes on the screen
back.

This product was designed to be installed and used ONLY as specified in this manual. Improper installation of this product may cause damage or serious injury.

This product may only be assembled / installed by the technical staff.

Make sure that the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware and components.

When mounting on the wooden beams wall, make sure that the fastening screws are anchored in the center of the beams. It is highly recommended to use a beamfinder.

Always use an assistant or mechanical lifting equipment to safely lift and position the equipment.

Tighten screws firmly, but do not over tighten. Over tightening can cause damage the items, this greatly reduces their holding power.

This product is intended for indoor use only. Using this product outdoors could lead to product failure and personal injury.
By reason of large television construction types on the market, we can’t adjust our screen installation materials for each screen type. Therefore it is possible that the screws which are numerously delivered don’t fit with your TV/Monitor. We ask for your understanding that we can’t cover up all possibilities of many screen types.
**** Each wall is built up of different materials which can result a special requirement. Therefore we are concentrated on the delivery of installation materials only for mass concrete walls. Use our included installation accessories only for mass concrete walls. -
If your walls have a special demand of materials, we advise you to ask in an expert shop for a suitable acquirement of the installation materials.

Make sure that before and after the installation of the product neither you nor somebody else can be injured and other objects can be damaged. In case of doubt request for help from an expert.

Make also sure that you and optionally the co-helper or representatives have registered the mounting instructions before the installation and also the warning notice.
Use the matching screws and spacers for your display.
If the screws “M-C, M-D, M-E” are too long, use the plastic spacers “M-G,
M-H”. (like in Step 7 B)

Do not connect the power line until the product is ready for use!
Remove the sticker paper. Attach the IR receiver to the desired position.
Make sure that the IR signal is not affected by any obstacles.
Step 1: A beep sounds when the power is connected. The bracket is now in
standby mode.
Step 2: Select the type of mounting. Please note: There are two types of
mounting:
Var. 1: normal assembly / Var. 2: reverse assembly
Step 2 is not necessary for Var. 1 “normal” assembly. If the assembling
type is “reverse”, press and hold the [▲] button for 5 seconds until two
“beep” signals are heard. The remote control has been successfully set up.
NOTE: The TV wall mount provides 0° (parallel to the wall) and 90º
(perpendicular to the wall) of lateral rotation. TV wall mount is factory set
(please do not adjust without special requirement). If you want to reset the
swivel angle to 0° and 90º, press and hold [ 1 ] for 3 seconds and repeat four
times. The system starts automatic positioning: First position the TV wall
mount flat on the wall, then rotate the TV wall mount 90° until the TV wall
mount automatically stops at the 90° position.
Step 3: Press the [ OK ] button. The bracket will return to its original
position (flat on the wall) and a “Beep” signal will sound. The bracket is
ready for operation and is waiting for a command.
Step 4: Follow the key function instructions to align the bracket.

[ ◄ ]| Left button. Press the key [ ◄ ], the holder is swivelled to the left
until the key [ OK ] is pressed or the bracket has reached 90° (+/-5°)
swiveling.
[ ► ]| Right button. Press the [ ► ] key, the bracket will swivel to the right
until the key [ OK ] is pressed or the bracket has reached 0° swivel.
| Memory button 1. Press and hold for 3 seconds to hear two “beep” signals.
The selected setting is stored on the [ MEM1 ] button (position 1).
| Memory button 2. Press and hold for 3 seconds to hear two “beep” signals.
The selected setting is stored on the [ MEM2 ] button (position 2).
| Call the position of the [ MEM1 ] key (position 1). Briefly press the [ 1 ]
button, then press the [ OK ] button. The wall bracket moves to the pre-set
position; a beep sounds.
| Call the position of the [ MEM2 ] key (position 2). Briefly press the [ 2 ]
button, then press the [ OK ] button. The wall bracket moves to the pre-set
position; a beep sounds.

information.
Teach-in mode
In case of loss or defect of the holder remote control, this holder remains
almost unusable. The teach-in mode is used to operate the cradle with a remote
control from a TV (known brands only). Please note: TV remote control cannot
replace all functions of the original remote control. Only the functions of
the following buttons can be learned / used: [ ◄ ] , [ ► ] , [ OK ] The
following instructions must be followed when using the bracket with a TV
remote control.
– Always select a button on the TV remote control that either has no function
or does not control any direct functions of the TV.
– To delete all the taught-in buttons of a TV remote control from the internal
memory of the wall mount, press and hold button [ 1 ] for 3 seconds, repeat
this step 5 times.
Teach-in mode instructions. As an example using the [ ◄ ] key:
Step 1: Press and hold the [ SET ] button for 3 seconds until the LED on the
original remote control of the bracket lights permanently, then press the [ OK
] button. A
“Beep” signal will sound and the red LED on the IR receiver of the bracket
will light permanently. The bracket is in teach-in mode.
Step 2: To learn the [ ◄ ] button. Press the [ ◄ ] button on the original
remote control of the bracket until two “Beep” signals sound, the red LED on
the IR receiver changes to a slow flashing light.
Step 3: Point the TV remote control at the IR receiver and press the button on
the TV remote control that you want to use to operate the [ ◄ ] button until
you hear three “beep” signals. The red LED on the IR receiver changes from
slow to fast flashing.
Step 4: Press the [ OK ] button on the original remote control of the bracket
to hear four “beep” signals. The red LED on the IR receiver will turn off. The
[ ◄ ] key was successfully tuned in. If only a “Beep” signal sounds, the
teach-in failed! This means that the TV remote control is not supported.
(Please repeat step 1 to step 4 for each other function.)
Teach the “Power” button on the TV remote control: Press and hold the [
SET ] button for 3 seconds until the LED on the original remote control of the
bracket lights up permanently, then press the [ OK ] button on the original
remote control of the bracket. A “Beep” signal will sound and the red LED on
the IR receiver will light up permanently. Now press and hold button [ 1 ] on
the original remote control of the bracket until you hear two “Beep” signals.
Leave now the key [ 1 ]. The red LED on the IR receiver changes to slow
flashing. Point the TV remote control at the IR receiver and press the Power
button on the TV remote control. You will hear three “beep” signals. The red
LED on the IR receiver changes from slow to fast flashing. Press the [ OK ]
button on the original remote control of the bracket to sound four “Beep”
signals. The red LED on the IR receiver goes out. Power key was successfully
taught-in. When the Power button is pressed, the bracket is automatically
reset.
Attention: If more than 20 seconds elapse without activity during a
teach-in process, the teach-in mode is automatically terminated.
Done!
Repair
This repair aid is designed to help identify and resolve minor problems.
The procedures are easy to follow and can solve most problems that arise
during daily use.
a Error symptom
The beeper emits a constant alarm tone
Use the instructions to reset the system.
If the alarm still sounds: contact our support hotline.
Unsteady movement
Please check if the TV mount is in the straight.
Bracket is not straight: readjust the TV bracket to a straight position.
Alarm still sounds: contact us to replace the product.
Unusual noises
Contact us for an exchange of the product.
Operation not possible
Check that the power supply is correctly connected to the product.
Power supply unit is correctly connected: switch on the device.
Signal tone does not sound / red light does not go on: check whether the power
supply unit is working correctly.
Power supply does not work: contact us for a replacement power supply.
Power supply unit is working, but TV mount not: contact us to replace the
product.
Motor does not stop / anti-collision mechanism fails
Contact us for an exchange of the product.
b Remote control problems
Abnormal loss of performance
Batteries are empty after 24h without using the remote control: Please contact
us for a replacement remote control.
Buttons on the remote control do not work
Check that the infrared receiver is correctly connected.
Check if the batteries are empty.
Buttons still do not work: please contact us for a replacement remote control.
Replacement remote does not work either: contact us to replace the product.
Remote control range
Range is less than 3m: Please replace the batteries.
Problem persists: please contact us for a replacement remote control.
