Product Information

The product is a porch tree designed for indoor and covered entry use. It comes with a tree top, middle tree section, bottom tree section, cement block, and base pot. The tree has built-in lights that need to be connected correctly for proper functioning. The tree should be shaped by adjusting the branches to achieve the desired look. The tree is powered by an electric cord that needs to be plugged into a wall outlet. The product should be stored in its original carton and kept away from direct sunlight, damp areas, and temperatures exceeding 100F.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Assembly:
  2. Place the cement block into the wooden pot.
  3. Insert the bottom tree trunk into the cement block.
  4. Insert the tree top (A) into the middle section (B).
  5. Insert the connected tree section (A)(B) into the bottom tree section (C).
  6. Connect the light string plugs as shown in the diagram, ensuring correct orientation and polarity of the connectors.
  7. Shape the branches:
  8. Start from the bottom of the tree and gently pull down the branches.
  9. Straighten the branches and fan out the tips.
  10. Shift branches to fill any gaps and slightly upsweep all branch tips for a uniform look.
  11. Decoration:
  12. After shaping the tree, step back and take an overall look.
  13. Decorate the tree as desired.
  14. Plug in and enjoy:
  15. Plug the electric cord into a wall outlet.
  16. The tree is now ready to be enjoyed.
  17. Storage:
  18. Before storing, unplug the tree from the wall outlet.
  19. Store the tree in its original carton.
  20. Avoid storing in direct sunlight, damp areas, or places with temperatures exceeding 100F.
  21. Troubleshooting:
  22. If the lights do not work, check the following:
  23. Ensure the power outlet is working correctly.
  24. Check whether the light string plugs are connected between the top and bottom tree sections.
  25. Check whether the cord is properly plugged into the outlet.
  26. Ensure all bulbs are tightly fitted inside their holders.
  27. If a bulb is not working, replace it with the provided replacement bulbs.
  28. If none of the lights are working, check the fuse in the light string and replace it if blown (spare fuse included).

Usage Precautions:

  • Read all instructions and warning tags carefully.
  • For indoor and covered entry use only.
  • Avoid placing near sources of heat such as gas or electric heaters, radiators, fireplaces, candles, etc.
  • Place the tree on a hard, flat, and level surface to prevent tipping or wobbling.
  • Avoid installing near wet areas like fountains, bathtubs, sinks, etc.
  • Do not use candles on the tree.
  • Ensure the tree is stable after assembly and decoration.
  • Avoid overloading extension cords or power bars and check compatibility with the tree’s rating labels.
  • Do not place the tree in uncovered areas with prolonged exposure to sunlight or where rain/snow accumulates in the pot or on the tree.
  • Keep the product out of the reach of small children as it is not a toy.
  • Use the tree for festive purposes only and not consecutively for more than 90 days each season.
  • The appliance is not intended for use by individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person.
  • Children should be supervised to prevent them from playing with the appliance.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, the appliance should be scrapped as the cord cannot be replaced.
  • Always unplug the product when leaving the house, retiring for the night, or if left unattended.

IMPORTANT : Please read this instruction carefully before assembly and save these instruction for future use. Your porch tree should have the following: 1 tree top, 1 middle tree section, 1 bottom tree section, 1 cement block, 1 base pot.

ASSEMBLY

  1. Place the cement block into the wooden pot. Insert the bottom tree trunk into the cement block. Insert the tree top (A) into the middle section (B). Insert connected tree section (A)(B) into bottom tree section (C). Connect the light string plugs as shown in the diagram, making sure the connectors are inserted in the correct orientation and polarity.
  2. Shape the branches by working from the bottom of the tree upwards. Gently pull down the branches. Straighten the branches and fan out the tips.
  3. After shaping the tree, step back and take an overall look. Shift branches to fill any gaps. Slightly upsweep all branch tips for a uniform look.
  4. Plug electric cord into wall outlet. Your tree is ready to be decorated and enjoyed.

STORAGE

  1. Unplug the tree from the wall outlet.
  2. Store in original carton.
  3. Do not store in direct sunlight, in a damp area, or in an area where the temperature exceeds 100 F.

Troubleshooting

If the lights do not work:

  1. Ensure the power outlet is working correctly. Check whether the light string plugs are connected between the top and bottom tree sections. Check whether the cord is properly plugged into the outlet.
  2. Check that all bulbs are tightly fitted inside their respective holders.

CAUTION:

  1. Read all instructions and warning tags carefully.
  2. For indoor and covered entry.
  3. Do not place near gas or electric heaters, radiators, fireplaces, candles or other similar sources of heat.
  4. Place on a hard, flat, level surface. Do not place where the tree is likely to tip or wobble due to uneven flooring or thick carpeting. Do not install near fountains, bathtubs, sinks or other wet areas.
  5. Do not use candles on the tree.
  6. After assembling and decorating the tree, ensure that it is stable. If the topiary is unstable, attach support wires to walls and/or window frames (ensure that support wires are also secure).
  7. Do not overload extension cords or power bars; see ratings on these devices and check the rating labels on the tree for compatibility.
  8. Do not place in uncovered area where there is prolonged exposure to sunlight or where rain/snow accumulates in the pot or on the tree.
  9. This is a Christmas decoration. This is not a toy. Keep out of the hands of small children.
  10. For festive use only, not intended for consecutive use over 90 days each season.
  11. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  12. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  13. The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged the appliance should be scrapped.
  14. Unplug the product when leaving the house, when retiring for the night, or if left unattended
