Product Usage Instructions
- Determine the preferred hanging height and adjust the chain accordingly.
- Take one hanging chain. Hang one end onto the hook under the canopy and hang the other hook inside the leaf assembly. Repeat for the other two chains.
- Weave the fixture wire through one of the hanging chains and through the canopy.
- Insert the recommended bulb (not included) into the candelabra base.
- Install the canopy onto the outlet box and secure it with the ball nuts.
Note: For extended use, it is recommended to use LED bulbs.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
All electrical components must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electric Code and the appropriate.
You will need 8 -Candelabra Base Bulb Recommended 60 Watts, Max.
USE LED BULBS FOR EXTENDED USE THE FIXTURE IS DAMP RATED
How to install
- Determine the preferred hanging height and adjust the chain accordingly.
- Take one hanging chain. Hang one end onto the hook under the canopy and hang the other hook inside the leaf assembly. Repeat for the other two chains.
- Weave the fixture wire through one of the hanging chains and through the canopy.
- Insert recommended bulb (not included).
- install the canopy onto the outlet box and secure it with the ball nuts.
