The installation and handling of your system is beyond the control of us, EET – Efficient Energy Technology GmbH. Therefore, EET cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or expense resulting from improper installation, improper product handling or misuse.
Make sure that the system is fastened tightly and that neither wind nor storm can have a negative effect. Consider that serious damage to property and personal injury can occur otherwise.
These instructions apply to the installation of a solar system using the metal wall rails from EET. It should be read carefully before use and kept close to hand for the life of the product.
The CE mark documents that the product satisfies the applicable requirements set out in the EU harmonization regulations. The product has been tested for compliance with standards up to 2000 meters above normal altitude.
Proper and safe operation of the system requires proper transport and storage, installation, assembly and careful operation. We assume no liability for damage caused by disregard of these instructions.

DISMANTLING AND DISPOSAL

The same guidelines apply to disassembly as to assembly of the system. Should dismantling and/or a return be necessary, this may only be done in the original packaging and under the instructions of the EET staff. We would like to point out that this product must not be disposed of with normal waste. Improper disposal can damage the environment. You can find more information on disposal on our website or simply contact us if the worst comes to the worst.

MOUNTING ON THE WALL

If you have decided to mount your system on the wall, four aluminum profiles and four fastening clamps are included in your package.
Think about where you will attach the profiles so that they can be screwed to the wall parallel to each other with a distance of approx. 140 cm.
Screw the rails to the wall with at least 4 screws per rail. The type of screws depends on your wall material, that‘s why they are not included in the package.
Bring the panel into the desired position and preferably have someone help you position the clamps.
The clamps are pressed into the rails from above or from the front. When pressed down, the spring rotates 90° and snaps into place. Now bring the clamps into the final position.
When the clamp is in the final position, you can fixate it with the screws and a torque wrench using 10 Nm. Failure to do so could damage the panels and prevent them from being installed safely.
