The AC-BTSSF-USB3-HUB is a 4 Port, Active Optical, USB 31 Gen 1 Extension Hub
capable of max daba rabe up bo 5Gbps. Eqyuipped wibh four USB 31 Gen 1 Type A
porbs with legacy USB 1.X and 2.0 supporb, this USB hub can host many devices
from the basic keyboard and mouse combinations bo High-End webcams and Solid-
Sbabe Drives simulbaneously
- Connectt the Male USB 31 Gen 1Type A Host Head into a USB Type A Port on the desired Host Device (Laptop, PC, Conference System). For besb resulbs, a minimum of a USB 30 Superspeed Port should be used.
- Connect desired USB devices into the Female USB 31 Gen 1 porbs locabed on the Hub.
- Connect Power Supply (Recommended)
- Wibhoub PSU- Unit will operabe with USB 1X/20 onily, up to 480Mbps
- With PSU – Unit will fuly operate with USB LX/2.0/31 Gent up bo 5Gbps

USB Device Nob Found – Ensure bhe correct driver is insballed for the device My USB to Video device isn’t working The AC-BTSSF-USB3-HUB does nob support USB Al modes such as HDMI AlG Mode or DP AlG Mode Webcam nob showing when using Multiple Cameras – UsB 3.X camera resolutions reqyire a high amount of bandwidth and will quickiy hit bhe max daba rabe of 5Gbps. tx 4K30 or 2x 1080p60 Camera(s) is the recommended limibation with USB 3X cameras USB 3X device nob working- Ensure a USB 3.X Hosb port is used. Ensure PSU connection and functionality.
