- Ensure that your phone supports wireless charging and that there are no credit cards, stands, or other attachments on the back that will interfere with charging.
- After checking the above, unplug and plug in the charging cable again to resume normal charging. (X
Important Reminders
- This charger will only attach to caseless iPhones with MagSafe (12 series or later), official MagSafe cases, ESR HaloLock cases, or standard cases with a HaloLock Universal Ring. It may not attach to other magnetic cases. It will not attach to any other non-magnetic phones or cases.
- This charger supports an input of 9V-3A and outputs a maximum of 15W.
- For maximum charging speed, use included cable.
- The charger must be connected to a power source to begin wireless charging.
