If charging stops or an error is detected:

  1. Ensure that your phone supports wireless charging and that there are no credit cards, stands, or other attachments on the back that will interfere with charging.
  2. After checking the above, unplug and plug in the charging cable again to resume normal charging. (X

Important Reminders

  1. This charger will only attach to caseless iPhones with MagSafe (12 series or later), official MagSafe cases, ESR HaloLock cases, or standard cases with a HaloLock Universal Ring. It may not attach to other magnetic cases. It will not attach to any other non-magnetic phones or cases.
  2. This charger supports an input of 9V-3A and outputs a maximum of 15W.
  3. For maximum charging speed, use included cable.
  4. The charger must be connected to a power source to begin wireless charging.

Safety Warnings

  1. Do not expose the device to temperatures below 0°C (32°F) or above 60°C (140°F).
  2. Do not expose the device to an open flame or submerge it in water as this will damage the device.
