If an error is detected•
- Ensure that your phone supports wireless charging and that there are no credit cards, stands, or other attachments on the back that will interfere with charging.
- After checking the above, unplug and plug in the charging cable again to resume normal charging.
Important Reminders
- This charger will only attach to a caseless iPhone with MagSafe, an official MagSafe case, ESk HaloLock case, or a standard case with a HaloLock Universal King. It may not attach to other magnetic cases. It will not attach to any other non-magnetic phones or cases.
- This charger supports an input of 9V-2A and outputs a maximum of 10W. The maximum output supported by iPhone is / oV
- For maximum charging speed, use included cable and an adapter compatible with OC (Quick Charge) 2.0/3.0 or PD (Power Delivery) fast charging.
- The charger must be connected to a power source to begin wireless charging.
