Product Information

• The ENC noise-canceling bone conduction telephone headset is a high-quality headset that utilizes advanced algorithm noise reduction technology to provide a clearer call experience.
  It is designed to cancel out background noise and improve call clarity.

• The headset features a polymer battery that provides long battery life for extended usage. It also has a double-click multi-function key for easy control and operation.

• To restore the factory settings of the headset, follow the instructions below.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Make sure the headset is turned on and not connected to Bluetooth.
2. Press the power button (volume + button) five times quickly.
3. The red and blue lights will flash simultaneously for three consecutive times.
4. After hearing the beep, the red and blue lights will flash alternately, indicating that the headset has entered the pairing state.
5. At this point, the factory settings have been restored.

Pairing Method

• Long press the volume+ button for 3s and turn on your headset, until says “Pairing*” and the LED indicator flashes red and blue (these means have entered pairing mode) Open the Bluetooth setting on your device, then search for the BT devices, and select”X100″, If the pairing fails, repeat the above operation.
• The led indicator flashes blue, and says “connected”, when successfully paired.

NOTE:

1. When the connection distance between the headset and the Bluetooth device is more than 10 meters or 33 feet, the headset will be disconnected from the BT device. Within 5 minutes thereafter,if they are in the range of 33 feet, they will automatically reconnect. If the headset is not connected
2. back within 5 minutes, it will automatically shut down. Headset support reconnects with last BT device when they are both in pairing mode.

Charging Method

• Use the included magnetic induction cable to charge the headset;
• The LED indicator will change from red to blue when charging is complete.
• Please fully charge your headset before the first time use it.
• Please do not use the headset during the charging.
• To extend the battery life, if the headset is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge the headset once a month.

Storage & Maintenance

1. Headset should be kept in a cool and dry place, with a temperature from 0°C to 45°C; Working in an extremely cold, extremely hot, or high humidity environment may limit the working time and shorten the battery life of the headset.
2. Please charge the headset when it has not been in use for an an extended period of time.
3. Listening at a high volume may damage your hearing and distort the audio quality.
4. Please only clean the headset with a soft dry cloth.
5. Please do not charge your headset immediately after exercising in order to prevent damage to the headset circuitry that can be caused by liquid residue exposure.
6. Keeping the charging port dry will reduce the possibility of damaging the headset.

Restore factory settings

When the headset is turned on and not connected to Bluetooth, press the power button (volume + button 5 times, the red and blue lights flash at the same time for 3 consecutive times, after hearing the beep, the red and blue lights flash alternately to enter the pairing state. At this time, it means to restore the factory settings.
