Product Information
- This lighting fixture is for indoor use only.
- The lamp is equipped with a polarized plug. One plug blade is wider than the other.
- Do not modify the plug or power cord in any way.
- Do not exceed the recommended bulb wattage.
- Use only the type of bulb specified.
- Keep flammable materials away from the bulb.
- Do not open the product or alter the wiring in any way.
- If using an extension cord, follow the precautions provided with the power cord.
Assembly Instructions No tools are required for assembly. Light bulb is not included.
Parts Included
- A. Finial
- B. Shade
- C. Harp (styles may vary)
- D. Lamp Socket (attached, no assembly required)
- E. Saddle
Assembly Procedure
- Insert Harp (C) into Saddle (E).
- Lower Shade (B) onto Harp (C).
- Screw Shade Finial (A) into Harp (C).
- Insert bulb into Lamp Socket (D).
Care and Cleaning
- To clean, wipe with a soft dry cloth.
- Avoid using cleaners, scouring pads, etc.
- Before changing bulb(s), unplug lamp and allow the bulb(s) to cool.
Troubleshooting
- Problem: Bulb does not light
- Possible cause: Bulb is burnt out or damaged
- Possible cause: Power to lamp is off
- Possible cause: Lamp is not plugged in
- What to Do: Replace bulb
- What to Do: Confirm power is on
- What to Do: Confirm lamp is plugged in
If the light fixture still does not work after troubleshooting, please contact
your local Ethan Allen Design Center.

CARE AND CLEANING
