Product Information
- Model Number: 09-6220
- Intended Use: Indoor use only
- Plug Type: Polarized plug with one wider blade
- Bulb Wattage: Do not exceed the recommended bulb wattage
- Bulb Type: Use only the specified type of bulb
- Safety Precautions: Keep flammable materials away from the bulb, do not open or alter the product or wiring, and follow extension cord precautions
Product Usage Instructions
Unpacking: Use care when unpacking the lamp. Before disposing of packaging materials, make sure to locate all the included parts.
Assembly Procedure: Install Harp Part C onto Lamp Base Part E.
- Install Shade Part B onto Harp Part C.
- Install Shade Finial Part A onto Harp Part C.
- Install Bulb into Lamp Socket Part D.
- Remove Plug Cap from Plug.
Caring for and Cleaning your lamp:
- To clean the lamp, wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
- Do not use cleaners, scouring pads, or any abrasive materials.
- Before changing the bulb, make sure to unplug the lamp and allow the bulb to cool down.
Troubleshooting:
- Problem: The bulb does not light
- Possible cause: Bulb is burnt out or damaged
- Correct by: Replace the bulb
- Problem: The power to the lamp is off
- Correct by: Confirm that the power is on
- Problem: The lamp is not plugged in
- Correct by: Confirm that the lamp is properly plugged in
If the lighting fixture still does not work after troubleshooting, please
contact your local Ethan Allen Design Center for assistance.

This lighting fixture is for indoor use only. This lamp is equipped with a
polarized plug. One plug blade is wider than the other. DO NOT MODIFY the plug
or power cord in any way. DO NOT EXCEED the recommended bulb wattage. Use only
the type of bulb specified. Keep flammable materials away from bulb. DO NOT
OPEN the product or alter the wiring in any manner. Extension cord: Follow
precautions provided with power cord.

Use care when unpacking. Locate ALL PARTS INCLUDED before disposing of
packaging materials.
ASSEMBLY CARE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Tools Required For Assembly: Tools are not required. Required: Light bulb
is not included.

- A. Shade Finial
- B. Shade
- C. Harp: Harp styles may vary.
- D. Lamp Socket (attached, no assembly required)
- E. Lamp Base
Assembly Procedure: Refer to Figure 1.
- Install Harp Part C onto Lamp Base Part E.
- Install Shade Part B onto Harp Part C.
- Install Shade Finial Part A onto Harp Part C.
- Install Bulb into Lamp Socket Part D.
- Remove Plug Cap from Plug.
