Product Information
The Eisa Table Lamp (model number: 09-6080) is an elegant and functional lighting fixture that adds a touch of style to any room. This lamp features a shade, harp, lamp socket, and shade finial. The lamp socket is pre-assembled to the lamp base, eliminating the need for any additional assembly. Please note that the light bulb is not included with the lamp.

- A – Shade Finial
- B – Shade (may be packed in separate carton)
- C – Harp (styles may vary)
- D – Lamp Socket (connected to Lamp Base; no assembly required)
Product Usage Instructions
- Insert the Harp (C) into the Lamp Socket (D).
- Install the Shade (B) onto the Harp (C).
- Screw the Shade Finial (A) onto the Harp (C).
- Install the light bulb into the Lamp Socket (D).
- Remove the plug cap from the plug.
Care and Cleaning:
- To clean the lamp, wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
- Avoid using cleaners, scouring pads, etc. as they may damage the lamp.
- Before changing the light bulb, make sure to unplug the lamp and allow the bulb to cool down.
Troubleshooting:

DO NOT OPEN the product or alter the wiring in any manner. Extension cord: Follow precautions provided with power cord.
