Cleaning and maintenance

  1. Please clean the water container and the water tank on a regular basis to maintain optimal performance.

  2. Please dean the converter and the filter on a regular basis to prevent any scale. The scale from a long time can be hard to dean.

  3. Please unplug the machine before cleaning. Please properly hold the power plug rather than pull it violently when unplugging the machine.

  4. Please avoid using chemical solvents, gasoline, polishing powder, etc. to dean the surface of the machine. Please clean the machine with clean water rather than detergent.

  5. Please clean each part with a soft towel. If the scale cannot be removed, please use the detergent produced or authorized by us.
    Melt the citric acid with 60°C water (mix water and citric acid as per 10mL:1g) and keep such mixture stay on the scale for 5 minutes.
    Then fully remove the scale with a brush.

  6. Remove the filter from the water tank and keep it in the white vinegar for 15 minutes. Gently shake it about ten times and wash it with dean water. The cleaned filter shall have no difference from the new filter in terms of their functions.

  7. Please empty the water tank and the water container on a regular basis to keep the machine clean.

  8. Please clean each part of the machine if it will be idle for a long time and dry it. Then put it back in the packing box and store in a dry place.

Note
About the use: Remove the nozzle before adding water to the water tank. Tum the water tank upside down to remove its cover. Fill the water directly or through the water-filling hole on the side.
Restore the water tank cover and put the water tank back to the base. Then you may start to use this machine.
About the water in the base: This humidifier uses an ultrasonic atomizer to atomize the water. The water tank serves only as a transitional water storage tool and it is unavoidable that you may see water in the water container in the base. No worry about this.
About mist amount adjustment: You may adjust the mist amount during use. In case of any water around the machine during your use, it indicates high humidity in the room and you may want to adjust the mist amount.

Precautions

  1. As the vacuum cleaner is an electric appliance, it must be used in conditions required in the instructions, and the instructions should be kept properly for future reference.

  2. Check and confirm that the power supply voltage must meet the rated voltage of the vacuum cleaner.

  3. It is strictly forbidden to vacuum up the following objects, otherwise it may damage the vacuum cleaner or cause a fire, resulting in personal injury and other accidents;

    • A. hot objects, such as hot coals, etc.;
    • B. Large sharp pieces, such as glass, etc.;
    • C. Harmful objects or water or other liquids (solvents, corrosives, etc.);
    • D. Flammable and explosive items, such as gasoline or alcohol products.
  4. Unplug the vacuum cleaner before cleaning or repairing, or when it is temporally not for use; do not pull on the power cord to unplug the vacuum cleaner; instead, pull the plug with your hand holding the plastic part of the plug.

  5. Never put the main body of the vacuum cleaner in water; do not store the vacuum cleaner close to a heating object or in the sun to avoid the risk of fire.

  6. Do not let children play with the vacuum cleaner to avoid accidents.

  7. Do not use the vacuum cleaner in the following situations:
    A. when it has been dropped or obviously damaged or does not operate normally;
    B. when the power cord is damaged.
    In these cases, do not turn on the machine; send it to the maintenance department designated by our company for repair in time.

  8. Do not keep the machine running for a long time when the inlet is blocked to avoid damage to the motor and deformation due to overheat.

  9. For safety’s sake, if the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional from the manufacturer, its maintenance department or a similar department.

Product Instructions

  4. Install the dust cup

  6. Install the floor brush and accessories
  7. Turn on the vacuum cleaner
  8. T um off the vaouum cleaner
  9. Empty the dust oup
  10. Store the vacuum cleaner

  1. Press the button on the bottom of the dust cup, and then pull out the dust cup as directed in the picture.
  2. Pull out the HEPA assembly as directed in the picture, and then rotate the filter screen assembly anti-clockwise and take it out.
  3. Rotate the filter screen assembly clockwise into the HEPA assembly, and then align the slot of the HEPA assembly with the corresponding position of the dust cup and install it back.
  4. Align the buckle of the dust cup assembly with the corresponding position of the main body, and then press it down as directed in the picture, and make sure it is properly buckled.
  5. Insert the extension pipe into the docking position of the main body as directed in the picture, and make sure the extension pipe is installed in place.
  6. Insert the floor brush , hairbrush, or crevice tool into the nozzle as directed in the picture, and make sure the connection is secure.
  7. Insert the power plug into the socket, turn on the power and push the power switch button to “1” as directed in the picture, and the vacuum cleaner will start to work.
  8. Push the switch button to “O” and pull out the plug from the socket.
  9. Press the release button under the dust cup, take out the dust cup, and then take out the filter assembly from the dust cup, and pour the dirt in the dust cup into the rubbish bin.
  10. Rewind the power cord on the winding bracket and store it upright against the wall.

Troubleshooting

Note: Tum off the switch and unplug the vacuum cleaner before troubleshooting.

  • The vacuum cleaner loses suction power and makes abnormal sound
    Solution:
    Stop running to avoid overheat of the motor.

  • Floor brush or inlet blocked
    Solution:
    Remove the blockage.

  • Filter blocked
    Solution:
    Clean or replace the filter.

  • Vacuum cleaner motor does not run
    Solution:
    Check if the plug is firmly inserted into the socket or if the power is turned on.

  • The machine suddenly stopped working
    Solution:
    Tum off the switch and unplug the machine. Cool down for 30 minutes and clean up the dust in the dust cup before using the machine again.

If the problem persists, please contact our designated maintenance department for repair.

Cleaning and maintenance

Daily maintenance:

  1. Take out the dust cup, pull out the HEPA and filter screen, wash it with water and let it dry naturally.
